Penthouse Studio w/ Mtn Sunrise Views; Near Silver
Intimate studio condo boasting great views from the 4th floor deck and an ideal location (Elevator Eq). Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from your deck, or relax in the whirlpool tub. The comfortable décor and rustic furnishings make you feel at home the minute you walk in. If you are looking to socialize, the condo’s club house features large TV, a fireplace, and a pool table. Close proximity to Silver Mountain and within walking distance of Rails to Trails and the famed Radio Brewing.
The condo (unit 405) is locate on the 4th floor and has double doors out to the patio giving great views from both inside and out. With a full kitchen, bath, eating area and a couch this cozy studio gives you enough space to spread out. It also features an elevator making it easy for all guests to access.
The condo is fully furnished with a queen bed, sofa, dinning table and a comfortable cot to sleep additional guests. There is plenty of glassware, silverware, plates and bowls, pots, pans and cooking utensils; so cooking will be no problem! Don't worry about hand washing dishes as there is a dishwasher in our unit! Yokes grocery store is just a few minutes away so that you can stock up on food and beverages with plenty or room to store them in the full size refrigerator, with freezer.
There is in unit laundry(mini) but also a full sized washer and dryer located in the ski locker room. Laundry detergent is provided.
Enjoy complementary tv and wifi along with a stereo so you can enjoy some of your favorite tune (please be respectful of neighbors with volume).
If you would like a little more room to spread out, enjoy the outdoor patio or game room which are shared amongst all condominium owners. The patio offers a place to hang out, eat and enjoy the beautiful Idaho weather. If you prefer to relax indoors, there is a clubhouse which has TV, fireplace, a pool table and is a great place to hang out.
Don't forget to extend your stay! We offer discounted rates for stays longer that a week and ever deeper discounts for monthly stays!

One trip to Kellogg and we fell in love! With the town, the people, and most especially, the Skiing! We are Midwesterners making our ski condo dreams come true in Kellogg.
Why they chose this property
Kellogg is the perfect town for those who appreciate fresh powder, fresh air, and wide open space. Our studio condo gives you everything you need, with more privacy and better views than staying at the lodge. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants in the historic area of Kellogg and less than a mile from the gondola.
