Lakefront Condo on West Lake Okoboji - Prime Location

Located on southeast shore of West Lake Okoboji, this condo has the perfect location to enjoy the best of what Okoboji has to offer. As the center unit, the condo allows panoramic views of the lake from the deck and easy access from the parking lot.

A variety of shops and restaurants are only a minute walk away, as well as a public beach (6 minute walk), Arnolds Park Amusement Park (8 minute walk), and the Arnolds Park Green Space, which hosts live concerts and events. There is something for everyone: you can soak up some rays on the dock or at the beach, relax on the deck watching all the lake activity, shopping or eating at one of the fine local establishments, enjoy a round of golf nearby, listen to a concert in the Green Space, or ride the roller coaster at Arnolds Park. These are just a few of the things that Okoboji has to offer.

This condo will sleep 7 and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen cable TVs.

The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, smart HD flat screen cable TV and DVD player. The entertainment console includes an electric fireplace.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a great meal. There is also a gas grill on the deck and washer/dryer in the condo for your use. You will have access to a shared dock where you can lounge in a chair or swim in the lake. However, no boat or hoist service is available.

WiFi included with strong signal.

For those that prefer vacationing in the off-season, this condo is available year round. Winter, spring, summer, or fall, this is a great place to get away from it all!

Great Arnold’s Park Condo on West Lake Okoboji

We had a great week with family. The location of the condo is great and the view off the deck is one of the best on West Lake Okoboji. We hope to enjoy another week next year!!

Wonderful location

The Condo was great. Everything you would want for a lake visit. Well appointed and equipped for a fun time. The views were wonderful of the lake. Location was perfect. Communication was great. All needs were met for a great getaway.

Best condo on lake Okoboji!

What a beautiful place! We've been visiting Okoboji for many decades now, and this has to be our favorite spot on the lake. It's a lovely condo near everything, with the most spectacular view of the lake that we've seen along with a great dock. Jane was great and gets right back to you if you have any questions. The condo was spotless and very well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Therapy at its BEST

Repeat guests. The only thing missing was our "cruiser", however "deck therapy" was fantastic alternative! Hours of "sittin on da deck" enjoying life! Condo was once again, fully stocked and virtually any "gadget" needed! Best location for walking to numerous restaurants and shopping. Hopefully, still "vertical" next year for another "therapy" session at this great condo.

Great summer vacation at this beautiful condo

Enjoyed the condo very much and hope we coan come back again soon. The view is excellent and we spent a lot of time on the deck. One suggestion would be to add a pull down shade on the west side of the deck where the sun sets. Otherwise Everything was great!

Perfect location, view, hostess!

Having vacationed in Lake Okoboji for decades, we know a wonderful condo when we see it! Jane was a gracious and kind hostess, texting us to ensure everything was going great and even providing some insights into the fireworks, etc. The condo itself is a premier location and excellent view. The dock was basically private, we only "shared" it with other bathing beauties twice during our stay. Nice areas to sun or fish, or just lounge in the water. The condo was very clean and well organized, towels and linens clearly labeled. The mattresses could be replaced as they were not the most comfortable, but that's always a personal preference. You can tell it has been enjoyed by the family for many years, it was quite cozy and a perfect home away from home in Okoboji. It's steps to the Emporium/Arnold's Park, which was fabulous. Parking was a breeze and there are only 2-3 steps to enter the condo, which is great for anybody with limited mobility. Neighbors were all very friendly. I would highly recommend this rental ~ thank you, Jane! We will be back to Boji and your wonderful condo soon.

Great Place, Perfect Location

This was the perfect place for a vacation with our family. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. This condo is in such a good location, you really don't need to drive. Arnold's Park, the Central Emporium and numerous restaurants are within a short walk. Plus, a large private dock gives you access to the best part of the lake. Even though this is located in the heart of the action, it is still a quiet, private place to relax. We sat outside and could hear live music every night (ends by 9:00). Communication and tips from the owner were very helpful and the neighbors in the other units were welcoming and friendly. We've been coming to the lake for years, but if you're a first-timer, this is what you want.

Spectacular Getaway!

Best place we have ever stayed at Lake Okoboi

This condo was wonderful. The view right over the lake breath taking. It was very quiet and peaceful during our stay. The furnishings and decorating were impeccable and the kitchen was very well stocked and the pots, pans and dishes were in excellent condition. The bed in master bedroom was super comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Great to have washer and dryer in unit.

Absolutely perfect!!!!!

The property is exactly as described. A million dollar view of the lake. The condo was spotless and had everything a renter would need. It couldn’t have been better. Arnold’s park and Emporium are just a short walk away. Check in and check out were seamless. Owners were amazing to work with. You cannot go wrong in renting this property. Loved it!!
