Nice stay!

Close to Vilamoura centre (less than a 10 minute drive) and to some great beaches but safe from the crowds, in a very peaceful and relaxed resort. The space outside is amazing. The apartment itself is nice although not very spacious. Cleaning is ok but could be better. Overall, quite nice stay. Perfect for kids. Would come back.

Apartamento súper bien ubicado cercano a pocos minutos en coche de La Marina de Vilamoura y playas y en una zona residencial y tranquila. Cuenta con todo lo necesario e incluso más. Una estancia de 10.

Decent play to stay for a short break in a quiet area close to golf courses

The amenities at the apartment were excellent and everything you could possibly wish for. Big spaces apartment and a great swimming pool. Owner was hard to contact before arrival which was a bit stressful but apart from that no complaints and a great place to stay for a few days. Very quiet location & relaxing location. About a 10 minute taxi into vilamoura marina, about €6 in an unber.

Great complete,clean appartment with goods beds and view

In the middle of the golfcourse there are 4 similare building in total 25 appartements. All share a (cold) comunual pool which is rather big. Greenkeepers working several days, great view on the shared grass garden. Appartment was spaciouc clean and complete with all you can think of in the kitchen. We will return!

Magnifico

Apartamento muito bem equipado, com electrodomésticos excelentes, loiça de qualidade e em quantidade suficiente para uma família numerosa como a nossa. Zona envolvente com jardins bem cuidados, muito calmo, piscina incrível, com WC de apoio sempre muito limpos e cuidados. As crianças adoraram e nós também! Uma experiência que adoravamos repetir!

Férias em família no paraíso

Condomínio fabuloso com muitas zonas verdes. Se procura paz e sossego num ambiente verdejante não procure mais. Fica a cerca de 5Kms do centro de Vilamoura, obrigatório ter carro para deslocação ao centro e /ou praia.

Óptima estadia

Fiquei neste apartamento pelo segundo ano consecutivo e uma vez mais tudo correu de forma excelente. Tanto o apartamento como o condomínio, continuam a apresentar um aspeto cuidado dispondo de todos os equipamentos necessários. Uma óptima escolha para umas férias tranquilas.

O espaço ideal para descansar em família.

Um condomínio lindíssimo e muito bem cuidado. Espaços verdes para as crianças brincarem, uma grande piscina muito bem limpa e cuidada. O apartamento com uma vista excelente e uma exposição solar privilegiada porque à tarde o terraço está à sombra. O apartamento tem tudo o que é preciso para acomodar 4 adultos. Está situado numa zona muito calma e verde e apenas a 5 Kms do centro, da marina de Vilamoura e da praia. É o privilégio de passar uns dias super calmos e quando se quiser estamos a 5 minutos de carro de toda a diversão que se pode querer numas férias no Algarve 😉. O apartamento está também situado numa zona privilegiada para quem quiser dar umas voltas de bicicleta ou umas corridas pelas largas dezenas de ciclovias existentes na zona. Ainda ontem regressei e já estou com saudades ☺️

Apartamento excelente!

Há vários anos que passo férias em Vilamoura em apartamentos alugados e sem dúvida que este foi um dos melhores onde já estive. Espaços confortáveis e super bem decorados, óptimos acessos para o jardim e piscina do condomínio e localização privilegiada face à praia e à Marina de Vilamoura. O apartamento encontrava-se perfeitamente adaptado para uma estadia de 5 adultos durante 14 dias. Recomendo!

Um paraíso

Gostei muito já tinha estado num outro apartamento semelhante a este no mesmo condomínio por isso já sabia como era Apenas um comentário menos positivo : ) o apartamento não estava muito limpo quando chegamos às casas de banho ainda tinham produtos de higiene do cliente anterior supostamente !!! um pouco sujos ambos os banheiros e pouca roupa para mudança como por exemplo mudanças de toalhas e lençóis de cama De resto muito bom

Nous avons passé trois semaines formidable dans cet appartement qui ne manque de riens. Le lieu est très agréable dans un cadre magnifique. Une semaine magnifique

J'ai été agréablement surprise par cet appartement moderne , bien décoré , dans lequel vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin . Il se trouve au rdc donnant une une terrasse et une vue sublime . Quelques pas et vous profitez de la grande piscine. Les propriétaires sont tres gentil , on a été accueilli par une femme tres simpa qui prend le temps de discuter avec nous . Je recommande fortement cet appartement , tres bien situé, proche de la marina , restaurants ...il a tout pour plaire . Seul petit point négatif ... Pojr ceux qui on le sommeil léger , on entend le matin les gens qui entrent et sortent de l'immeuble ... Mais ce petit inconvénient vaut le coup d'être supporter face aux points positifs.

No more!

We have stayed several times in Vilamoura with only good experience, and know the very beautiful monte laguna area. but this one was exceptionaly bad. Everything seamed to be nice at the internet photos, the owner seamed to be nice at the internet conversation. The dissapointment was big on our arrival. We were taken care of the cleaning lady which could not speak any other language except portugeese, which made the conversation very difficult. We found uncomfortable plastic chairs for dining, tiny deckchairs, you could not sit on and a small two person outside table. From the terrace as well from any windows we could not see any sun during the daylight hours which made a certain degree of humidity staying permanently in the apartment! Dirty kitchen items, shower and bathroom not clean. Only two towels per person for one week. All this we complained with the owner and we proposed to him to leave the apartment on half time and pay halfe of the rental fee (we had booked for six weeks). The owner did not show any sign of compromise to reimbourse anything for the not used time in the apartment, not even a little money. In contrary, he kept the full amount of money we payed in his pocket which we hade payed in advance. He reffered to clauses in international hotel service conditions which however he could never give us a written refference on. In the end we left the apartment after two weeks, completely frustrated. It may be mentioned that he wanted to rent his private car for a horrendous price, fortunately we did not agree on this. All in all a very unpleasant experience. We do not wish to repeat that by ourselfes, nor by any other travelling person.
