Classified 3 * by the Haute Bretagne Ille et Vilaine Departmental Tourism Committee.
Its privileged location in a quiet area allows you to do everything on foot or by bus: Solidor port 10 mins walk, beaches within 600 m, park with children's games at the door, all shops within 200 m and market 2 times a week, Tuesdays and Fridays.
You can also walk to Intra-Muros in 25 minutes by walking along the beach of Bas-Sablons. Alternatively, it is possible to take the bus, the stop is 250 m away, which will take you directly to the foot of the castle and the ramparts.
The terrace is equipped with a large round table with turntable and parasol, a small picnic table for children, and 2 sun loungers.
I attach great importance to the cleanliness of the premises. For your comfort, the sanitary facilities are disinfected before your arrival.
As this accommodation is my second home, it is equipped "like home". If you have specific wishes, please let me know. I will try as much as possible to satisfy them.

Super ausgestattetes und sauberes Appartement mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung und toller Ausstattung. Tolle Lage des Apartments, vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Sehr persönlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung

Wie wurden sehr persönlich und nett von der Vermieterin aufgenommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Zudemm liegt sie in einem Stadteil von St.Malo, der alles in Nähe zu bieten hat... Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. .. und dazu noch einen Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in St.Malo sehr genossen.

Spacious and cozy!

Beautiful Appartement, i was surprised how spacious it really is! Kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom modern and chic. All in all a tastefully decorated appartement! The parking lot was a great add-on, and so was the huge terrace, where we enjoyed our dinner and a glass of wine. ;-) . Rozenn is a great host with an eye for details that makes you really feel welcomed! Beautiful stay! :-)

Propriétaire des lieux très accueillante, disponible et bienveillante. Appartement très propre bien aménagé, calme, très bien situé avec une belle terrasse et place de parking. Séjour rendu très agréable par cet appartement dans lequel on sent comme chez soi. Très propre, bien équipé, décoré et meublé avec goût. Plein de commerces et restaurants dans les environs. Quartier proche du centre ville où l on peut se rendre à pieds sans problème. Point de départ également de ballades si l on ne veut pas prendre sa voiture. A noter la place de parking dans la résidence, ce qui est très pratique. Sans oublier le contact très agréable, sympathique de la propriétaire, Rozenn.

Très belle adresse

On se sent chez soi dans ce bel appartement. Rozen a beaucoup de goûts et c'est un vrai plaisir de converser avec elle. Idéalement situé avec des commerces juste à côté, les fameux remparts sont à 20 minutes à pied. J'y retournerai avec un énorme plaisir.

Nous tenons à remercier notre hôte qui a su répondre à à toutes nos attentes aussi bien en ce qui a eu trait à l'appartement mais aussi sur le plan culturel. Grâce à son souci de la perfection et de notre bien-être, elle nous a indiqués de bonnes adresses, de beaux sites, des astuces et des conseils relatifs à la réalisation de nos excursions. Douceur et sérénité à Saint-Malo

Très bel appartement au cœur de Saint-Servan où vous trouverez tout à proximité. Le lieu est décoré avec goût, spacieux, calme et doté d'une grande terrasse où vous pourrez vous prélasser au soleil : propreté impeccable et désinfection covid garantie ! Si vous venez en train, la gare est à 10 mn en bus, la plage toute proche et Intra Muros accessible à pieds via une belle ballade. Merci à Rozenn, pour son accueil chaleureux et ses 1001 attentions si agréables. Bref, j'ai passé un merveilleux séjour.

Je suis absolument satisfaite de mon séjour : l'appartement est propre, pratique, très bien situé dans un quartier charmant et animé. La décoration est soignée et l'hôte, en plus d'être très chaleureuse et serviable, apporte beaucoup de soin aux détails qui nous permettent de nous sentir "comme a la maison". Un lieu de séjour à recommander.
