Beautiful renovated duplex in a quiet residence on the top floor comprising: bathroom with bath, separate wc, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs: mezzanine with 1 double bed, closed bedroom with 1 double bed, mountain corner with 2 single beds.
This apartment is ideally located because you are 50 m from the snow garden of the Arc Aventures school and from the start of the ski lessons, 100 m from the ski lifts, the return is by ski to the residence. The shops are 200 m on foot via a small pedestrian path.

Super séjour dans un appartement confortable et fonctionnel
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour aux arcs. J avais peur de l arrivée. Cause du ménage fait par les locataires précédents mais c était nickel (et nous avons fait de même en partant). L appartement est petit mais tres bien conçu. Petit salon/cuisine en bas. A l etage un grand lit et une petite chambre avec un autre lit double et une mezzanine dans laquelle notre fils de 11 ans a dormi (notre ado a dormi dans le lit double à l étage et nous dans la petite chambre ). Pour cette configuration familiale c est parfait. La mezzanine est bien pour 2 jeunes mais moins bien pour un adulte (accès un peu vertigineux par l échelle et pas de hauteur sous plafond bien sûr). Un plus : l emplacement pour les skis et les chaussures de ski à l entrée. La résidence donne accès direct aux pistes. C est très bien placé et calme. Je recommande comme appartement de ski (petit mais bien optimisé). Nous reviendrons probablement l an prochain. Merci à notre hôte et à l agence qui est très efficace.

Je suis venue dans cette appartement lors de mon ski étudiant et l’appartement est vraiment top ! Il est situé presque sur les pistes on ne devait même pas marché le matin et le soir, de plus il est super bien placé par rapport au petit village où se trouve les bars, la boîte de nuit, les magasins, etc. Par contre je ne conseil pas cette appartement pour une famille car avec la disposition des chambres vous n’avez aucune intimité et c’est très petit

Ideal skiing location next to Transarc gondola and slopes
The property is a great location for skiing and accessing slopes in Arc1800. The facilities are good although fairly compact which is not uncommon for skiing apartments. Plenty of hot water and a small storage area for ski equipment which was very useful. We were only 4 adults so able to cope but 6 may be a squeeze - the 2 single beds are in the roof space and mattresses on the floor only accessible via a ladder so if anyone has limited mobility they may struggle but ideal for teenagers or young adults. The host is very responsive to questions asked and in a timely manner

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement, qui est bien conçu. Nous étions une famille de 6, le duplex comprend un espace nuit à l'étage bien optimisé avec un espace assez vaste pour un canapé-lit, une petite chambre fermée sur l'avant et une mezzanine.

Bon emplacement et bien adapté à 4 personnes
Très bon emplacement (au pied des pistes et proche des commerces). Duplex bien équipé et parfaitement adapté à 4 personnes (2 lits de 2 personnes). En revanche, la mezzanine est un couchage d'appoint uniquement pour des adolescents car difficile d'accès (échelle raide) et plafond très bas. Je recommande cette location.

Appartement conforme à l’annonce , très bien situé , au pied des pistes et près du village des Villards . Facilité pour récupérer et rendre les clés . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour .

Bel appartement pratique au pied des pistes très bien situé dans la station
Appartement propre très bien équipé calme et très bien situé dans la station. Ski aux pieds et petite piste qui rejoint les oeufs qui vous emmène au coeur du domaine. Nous avons passé une très bonnes semaine.
