This upper floor apartment had the traveler in mind when it was designed. Located in a quiet complex, this apartment provides the perfect getaway to truly experience the SLO life, as a local in style. Equipped with a full kitchen, queen bed, full futon, and full bath, this space has it all! Private entrance, off-street parking, laundry on premises.

It is conveniently located within walking distance to the Amtrak station, downtown, shopping, parks, movie theaters, and numerous restaurants.

We are located in San Luis Obispo, on the beautiful Central Coast of California, half-way between San Fransisco and Los Angeles. Walk through ten short blocks of old SLO to reach downtown and the Mission.

This is a two-story unit and sound can travel easily between floors; please be aware of and respectful to your neighbor on the ground floor.

A fold out futon provides space for a third person. Third person charge is $15 per night.

This is a smoke free property, in and out. Guest agrees to $500.00 liquidated damages or smoking anywhere on the property.

No pets, except service animals.

Parties are not allowed under any circumstance.
