The elevator-accessible 2nd-floor suite is a spacious 2,100 square feet and shabby chic decorated - two patios, a jacuzzi tub, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. You can visit the beach without crossing a street or enjoy the restaurants, shops, and art galleries of the Village and St. Simons Pier, all within convenient walking distance. WIFI included, pets not accepted.

The condo is accessible by Elevator. It is on the 2nd floor, above the covered parking. Includes wireless internet. We DO NOT accept pets.

Deposit Policy:
$500 will be charged to your card at the time of reservation, a deposit which will be applied directly to your rental cost. The remainder will be charged automatically, 30 days prior to your arrival. If you’ve contacted us through Homeaway or VRBO, you will be responsible for their additional fees. Our online calendar is updated automatically, and all quotes are accurate and include all fees. No refunds will be granted for early departure.
