Relax and enjoy the signature hole at Big Meadows golf course in Black Butte Ranch. This beautiful Black Butte home has partial views of Black Butte and a cozy sunken living room with lava rock fireplace.
The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking easy and includes extras like a slow cooker, grill pan, blender, and dishwasher. Six can sit comfortably at the dining table and a few stools offer seating at the kitchen island.
Outside is a large deck to relax and enjoy views of the golf course and partial views of Black Butte. It includes a gas grill, patio table, and seating for everyone.
With three bedrooms and two full baths, this home will comfortably sleep up to eight guests. The master suite is located on the main floor. Upstairs a second bedroom offers a queen bed. The third bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds. There's also a Smart TV, WiFi, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. A couch in the loft converts in to a full queen bed for extra sleeping space.
This house is perfect for a family, group of friends, or a couple of families traveling together – bring or rent bikes for a spin on the paved trails or head to one of the shared pools in the summer. Amazing house!

Beautiful house with everything you need in it. Location is very private. Kitchen is stacked with all you want in a kitchen. The only thing we could not find is a tea kettle pot, but it wasn't a big deal. Beautiful master suit with huge shower. Kids enjoyed board games. Great for a big family or two families. We would definitely come back to this amazing house!

We returned to Black Butte after many years away. We’re privileged to have some family share the renewed experience. The home worked well for us but the one thing that was a bit challenging (due to having older relatives with us), was we were unable to use the seating in the living room due to the couches down in an area that didn’t have a rail to climb down the stairs to that sunken area around the fireplace. In general we enjoyed our stay and hope to book again next summer

Sisters was great

Sisters is beautiful, friendly, and full of fun shops & good food. Black Butte Ranch is huge, loved horseback riding (and guide, Katie), dinner at the lodge, etc. The house is big, well equipped kitchen, sunken living room wouldn’t hold the 6 of us but nice. The fireplace needs to be cleaned (ashes smell bad), porch is nice. Quiet neighborhood & lovely to drive around.

Nice house in great location

Overall, the house was good; I liked the upstairs area for the teens. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and utensils. There's a handy second fridge in the garage. The house is small, made smaller by the sunken living space in the middle of the living area; but there's a nice games table, dining table, and outside dining table, so plenty of seating. Towels could be updated; they were kind of smelly. Overall though, I liked our stay and the rental manager (homeowner) was very quick to help out, so he was first-rate.

Lovely home on the 14th hole of Big Meadows in Black Butte Ranch.

Very nice and accommodating homeowner with quick communications. (Thank you, Alan!) Convenient check in. Well equipped kitchen. Great master suite. Perfect home for a family with young children as they have lots of games and ping pong in the garage. Loved having time on the deck watching golfers go by. Home is surrounded by trees in the back and very private. The golf course is in excellent shape. We would rent this house again.

Perfect house!

Probably the best rental we’ve ever had. The house is gorgeous, everything v clean, beds comfortable, nice bathrooms. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you could want making staying there as easy as being at home but much nicer! The ranch is a fun place to stay. We played tennis, went horse riding and climbing at Smith state park. Communications with Alan the host were excellent.
