Great house for a family gathering

We wanted a place to enjoy family and celebrate Christmas! This house was perfect for us! The kids loved the bunk room with a game system and the trampoline and play area. They also enjoyed exploring the amazing property! Everyone enjoyed the indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces! No hesitation! Plan to book again!

Great property for group or large family stay. Was away from the hustle and bustle around game day, but close enough to make it easy to get back and forth to campus. A great experience all around!

Perfect game day stay

We stayed with a large group of boys for State 7 on 7 football. The property was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds, games to play, and things to do. The house was nice and clean, with easy communication with the host. Highly recommend staying here!

Country Respite

This property was absolutely amazing. We had a total of four families that stayed on the property and the location and house was absolutely perfect. We all had so much room, and the house was thoughtfully designed. We had a friendly Shuffleboard tournament, and the girls won of course! The outdoor amenities were equally impressive, and we roasted marshmallows outside. Very nice dream property!

Beautiful property!

The house was beautiful! It was very spacious and the room upstairs was perfect for the kiddos. The house was stocked with all the necessities needed. Absolutely loved the kitchen area! It was laid out perfectly for all the adults to enjoy dinner. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch enjoying our coffee in the morning. Thanks again for having us! We will definitely return.

Perfect trip

Our softball team was in for a tournament and we are so happy we found this property. It was perfect for our large group. Everything was as advertised and the pictures do not do it justice. The host was awesome and very helpful. Our team made memories that will last a lifetime. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. It was great!!

Excellent Experience

We stayed at this home to get together as a group of friend. All the features of the home made our trip better. We also loved the proximity to Bryan/CS but still felt like you were in a very rural location. Would highly recommend this property for any get together event.

Loved it!!!

This was our second stay at this beautiful property and it was even better that we remembered. The house is clean and perfect for a small family gathering. Our favorite part was watching deer off the back porch in the morning and evening. Definitely recommend this for your next stay in B/CS.

Aggie Ring Weekend

Outstanding location for larger group with plenty of bed space, cooking capacity, eating and entertainment. Open ranch style living with hikes in the forest with wildlife (deer and raccoons) sightings. Would definitely return to this location. Host are very accommodating and helpful.

Graduation Venue

We needed a place to stay that would hold 10 people and also room for us to make meals and celebrate Graduation. This place was perfect! Everyone had their own personal space and we had a great gathering place. We also liked having the big open outdoor space and not worrying about being too loud for any neighbors. I would stay here again if we were gathering many family/friends like we did for graduation.

Perfect In Every Way

We rented the property for a large group of friends to celebrate someone getting married. Becky worked with us and was always quick to respond and nice. The property and house are gorgeous and perfect for large groups. Everything was clean and anything you would want out of a rental property was provided. We arrived about an hour ahead of schedule and she let us gain access to the house early. We could not have asked for a better weekend and this place was a huge reason for that.
