The Master bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite. The full master bath has a dual vanity, walk-in shower and separate tub. The second bedroom has a King bed and a private bath with a combination tub and shower. The bunk area offers two comfortable twin beds. After a long day on the beach or hanging out in the large, heated pool, the large balcony is the perfect spot to dine or just wind down.

Blue Mountain Beach offers an array of activities including bike trails and shopping and is located near Grayton Beach State Park. Other amenities within the common area include an oversized pool, outdoor grills, a children's playground and a boardwalk and pavilion that provides stunning views of neighboring Redfish Lake. Along with all of this comes the luxury of a private beach access for Redfish Village residents.

-This property is located .2 mi from the Redfish Village private beach access and private bathrooms

-Redfish Village hosts several merchants, including Trebeache' Restaurant and Redfish Taco both owned by Stinky's Fish Camp. It's also home of the famous "Stinky Juice". Aesthetic Clinique is also onsite and it is a day spa. Redfish Village is across from the famous Blue Mountain Creamery (seasonal).

Perfect!

Really enjoyed this stay. Plenty of activity around but also peaceful. The condo is easily accessible, has a great layout, beautifully decorated and very well stocked and maintained. I definitely would stay here again.

Blue Mountain Bliss

Location can’t be beat . . . Redfish Taco, the Creamery for great ice cream, two really good places for breakfast and less than two miles from great seafood and even barbecue! Parking is convenient and covered. Oh; and the beach is close too.

Annual Beach vacation

This property was one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. With 4 kids 10 and under the location of the pool and distance to the beach was perfect. We cooked most of our meals and the condo had everything we needed. Amazing that there were beach chairs and umbrellas as well. We enjoyed eating our meals on the back porch.

Getaway made Perfect!

Our family did a last minute getaway to 30A for spring break and booked 30YAY about a week prior to our arrival. I asked a few questions and the responses were quick and clear. I had read reviews about issues with the dryer, we had no problems. The location could not have been better! We used the public beach access and the chairs from the condo! My boys (9 and 5) were obsessed with the bunk beds and the provided stuffies - this truly felt like home away from home! The neighbors were very kind and the community was overall quiet. We can't wait to return! Thank you for hosting our family!

This location in Santa Rosa Beach is great - waking distance to the beach, close to restaurants and stores. The property management company was easy to work with as well. The condo itself was average and could use some upkeep. The master shower had mold on the walls, towels were very basic and small, master bedding had holes in the sheet, beds were saggy, and bathroom washcloths are not provided. Not a terrible stay, but definitely not the best stay.

Best Unit in Redfish

We have stayed in many units at Redfish. This one is by far my favorite. It’s a great location in M2 to get to the pool and parking spot. Extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for use within the condo. Well stocked kitchen, extra blankets, cozy, thoughtful touches, and comfy beds. If I had to pick something that I feel needed attention it would be to get new pots and pans. Many were very used and scratched pretty badly. I loved the unit and would rent again in a heartbeat. Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed the covered patio and spent many evenings there enjoying the costal breeze. The tram to the beach was very convenient and make hauling out beach items super easy. The condo had many amenities including a large pool and playground area for the kids. The property manager was awesome and very responsive to all communication. We would highly recommend this unit for your next 30a stay!

Clean place, good location

The unit was clean and checkin process was easy. Communication with property manager took a little work. The property requires guests have a wristband to use the pool. But these were not provided. When we asked about them, we were told not to worry about it. The maintenance guy questioned us about our wristbands when we used the pool so that was a little embarrassing. Other than that, unit was huge and decently comfortable. The sounds on the living room TV was really bad. Internet connection was good. Location is good - close to beach and a few bars/restaurants.

We love everything about our place. It had all the conveniences and we felt very at home. I had trouble trying to figure out how to lock and unlock the door. Also the parking garage is very dimly lit and unit numbers were hard to see. Thanks for the great vacation.

Great Family friendly chill location

This is our first time with this vendor, but second at Red Fish Village in 7 years. Did not disappoint! Walking distance to beach, ice cream, and Red Fish Village own taco place and live music! Also, had a shuttle that was quickly available to take you to the private beach access if needed. The pool was a great size with ample chairs for anyone who wanted to enjoy the Sun or shade. Grills were also available to use poolside with easy access to seating areas. Would definitely use again!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Great location! Short walk to the beach, Blue Mt. Creamery and some really good restaurants! Blue Mabel’s restaurant is awesome by the way! The condo is very clean and beds are comfy. I will definitely return again!

None of the televisions worked properly with the cable box. The mgmt team showed up towards the end of our stay to look at it and then texted us back on how to reroute to tv and sync things up. Also, the bedroom closets had so much stuff stored in them there was little room for our stuff and suitcases. Pay better attention to the pics than I did so you will notice there is no indoor dining table. It was a clean and convenient unit but will not be my first choice again.

Loved the property. Pictures were on point. Location was great. Short walk to the beach and pool was great after a long day at the beach. We rented a golf cart and use that as our transportation. We will be back!!

The only issue was a lot of dust and fluff, especially behind the headboards and nightstands, just because you can’t see it, it does collect after time!! As I have allergies it was very noticeable. Apart from the dust the condo was well equipped and a quick walk to the beach. A great place to stay on 30A🏖
