Beautiful renovated ranch on 1 acre, 2 miles from the stadiums.
3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch sitting on an acre of land. Home was built in 1924 and completely renovated last year. Every appliance and all the furniture in the house are new. Property is secluded and private in an open area. On a nightly basis you will see deer and other wildlife in the back yard. Arrowhead and Kauffman stadiums are less than 2 miles away. Why pay $150 a night, per room for a hotel, when you can have a 3 bedroom house with all the amenities as home?

Exceptionally clean. So well stocked Had plenty of space. Ryan was so prompt with communication. Liked the country feel away from the busy city and still just 5 minutes from all the activities. Excellent place to stay. I would highly recommend this house.
This property is everything the listing says it is! Clean, quiet, comfortable and very close to Arrowhead stadium! If you’re looking for something close to the stadiums, I can’t imagine you’ll find a better spot!
The house is recently renovated, very clean and located in a nice quiet area conveniently located for access to Arrowhead Stadium.Travel to various places throughout KC was easy and didn't take long. The beds were comfortable and although we didn't use the kitchen, it was well stocked and ready for prepping meals. The host is responsive and quick to answers questions prior to check in.
Very cozy home with huge backyard and wildlife Super close to stadiums, I-70 and I-435. Well equipped kitchen. Easy check in and responsive owner. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at the location and were able to enter the house with no problem. After entering the home we noticed a good deal of dust bunnies and dirt under/near the couch and beds. The cleaning lady needs to clean the vents and under the beds, chairs, couch and tables in the home. We would not stay here again.
Property was as described, clean and comfortable for relaxing. Super close to the stadiums for Chiefs and Royals. Larry (who oversees the property) was GREAT! You can't go wrong staying here!
Home was well maintained and clean. In a quite neighborhood. Easy access to stores and attractions.
Loved our stay here. Will be back for a conference next year and hoping to be able to book here again.
This house was perfect. It was close to everything we were doing this weekend away with our kids. Only a couple miles from the baseball field and the Zoo.
We appreciated the comfortable house with a great kitchen and layout for bedrooms and bathrooms. The house feels secure in a quiet neighborhood. We found we were within 30 minutes of all the attractions we visited in KC. Thank you, Ryan, for your hospitality!
We had a great time. House was very nice. The yard and the deer were great to see and watch. The house could have been a tad cleaner but I do clean houses for a living so I may be a bit picky. Thank you so much
The property and pictures were just as described. It fit our needs perfectly, and we had a great time while staying there. The hosts were gracious and communicated throughout. I would highly recommend this property.
The house was nice and spacious and looks even better in person. I would say there isn’t any tvs in any of the rooms but the living room. That tv barely worked and was very delayed. Besides that everything about the house

About the host
Hosted by Ryan
Colorado native, however a Royals and Chiefs fan. We bought the house as an investment and to attend the football and baseball games.
Why they chose this property
My wife and I fell in love with property when we first saw it. The house was built in 1924 and has been completely gutted and renovated. The previous owner poured 2 years of hard work and love into this home to make it what it is today.
What makes this property unique
House is in a secluded area with no neighbors behind the house. It sits on an acre lot in the middle of town, close to the stadiums. Everyday you'll see a family of 5 white tailed deer, foxes, blue birds and cardinals.
