This newer construction offers a prime location, only a 4-minute walk to the Seaside Amphitheater and Central Square, where you’ll find over 35 shops and restaurants. The cottage is one of the larger one-bedroom homes in our collection, featuring stylish designer touches and high-end furnishings throughout.

The first floor of the home offers a spacious and inviting living area, complete with beachy décor and a large wall-mounted Plasma TV with TiVo. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a center island with bar seating for two, along with a cozy dining nook surrounded by windows that flood the space with natural light. A pantry and custom kitchen cabinets provide plenty of storage, and a convenient half bath is available for guests.

Outside, the cottage offers a designated parking spot, a bike rack, and a breezy wooden deck lined with vibrant azaleas. The front porch furnished with seating for two, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the gentle Seaside breeze while listening to the sounds of the ocean nearby.

The queen primary bedroom upstairs features a private balcony, offering a peaceful retreat with views of surrounding trees. The luxurious en-suite bath includes an glass enclosed combination shower and tub combination with a rain shower faucet, marble walls, a single vanity, and plenty of natural light. The private balcony provides an ideal setting for sipping coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in a tranquil, secluded space. There is an additional second shared guest bath off the queen primary that features a glass-enclosed walk in shower with a rain faucet allowing for ultimate privacy for both guests.
