South Mountain Resort in Lincoln New Hampshire

Surrounded by vast blue skies and expansive panoramic views of the White Mountains, South Mountain Resort invites you to enjoy everything the northeast countryside has to offer. In the summer you can golf, go canoeing/kayaking, enjoy thrills at a theme park or hit the area hiking and bike trails. Come winter, you can tame the slopes at one of three separate ski mountains.

Spend some time shaping up in the fitness room then fire up the BBQ grill and surprise your family with a picnic. Enjoy all the amenities South Mountain Resort has to offer including an indoor pool and game room. Our outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each summer.

For a car ride like no other, journey along the incredible Kancamagus Scenic Byway. This picturesque drive takes you through spectacular forests, vintage logging roads and across authentic-Indian hunting trails. Take the road to Franconia Notch State Park for the incredible Flume Gorge—at 800 feet long and 90 feet tall it’s not to be missed. If you don’t mind driving a little farther, Boston is just two hours away.

Ideal condo

This place was just what we were looking for in a weeklong stay. Ideally located in town near anything you need, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants. Short drive to Loon Mt, 30-40 minutes to Bretton Woods.

Clean and convenient.

Great location, great room!

Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Resort is in the middle of town, close to Loon Mountain, but very close to restaurants. coffee shops, grocery store, movie theater. Great indoor pool and hot tub. Complimentary coffee on first floor in the morning!! Great stay!!
