Great location

The house is old and therefore worn; but, it was clean and enjoyable. Beds in the 2 guest rooms were super uncomfortable. Nonetheless, we had lots of fun!

Helpful hints

We did not have extra Toilet paper or Kleenex's, our granddaughter had a cold and we had to make an extra trip. It would be nice to supply those to start with.

Great spot

We had 8 people in our group and all were able to sleep comfortably and had plenty of room. We rented a golf cart and it’s about a 2 minute ride to the beach. Highly recommend renting beach chairs as the house does not provide any, but they do provide some beach towels which was nice. I would recommend this house to any group visiting AMI!

Overall great stay

This house has a great layout and great location. You cannot see the pool from the house, it's on the side, just FYI for people with kids. We had no hot water in the primary suite. They did have plumbers come in the day after we checked in but they just made a mess and didn't fix the issue and no one responded to me when I told them it wasn't fixed. It was unfortunate because we specifically got a house with three bathrooms and we couldn't even use one of them.

Great location and pool area.

The property is in a great location, short walking distance to the beach (around 3 blocks) and the pool area is great, we really enjoyed the heated pool and the quiet neighborhood. The house is very spacious and well equipped to spend a couple of days. Bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen are pretty clean, but they need to mop the floors better. We ended up buying a mop because on the day we arrived our feet turned black from walking barefoot inside the house, we also had to wipe the washer and dryer because there was mold inside. One thing we didn’t like about this house is how the AC is set. You’re only allowed to set the AC to 72 and 74, and 70 is the lowest the AC goes and then it keeps going back to 80 every time. It gets really hot in the middle of the night which is very uncomfortable specially when you are spending the whole day at the beach or pool. Overall, we didn’t have a bad experience and enjoyed our time here.

A nice reunion on beautiful AMI

This property is everything you need on AMI. The pool area was so fun, the space was great, and the location was walkable to everything! We had a blast and communication with the host was easy. The only constructive feedback we have is that the kitchen supplies/items need a re-vamp - for example dull/barely usable knives. It would have also been nice if they even just had salt, pepper and olive oil, just the basics. Lastly, the place was "clean", but the house definitely needs a bigger deep clean. There was mold growth in a lot of areas that were very visible, in addition to dead bugs in the kitchen. Nothing we couldn't get past for the weekend, but something we all noticed. Beds are pretty comfortable but they all creak a lot when someone moves. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and the home did what we needed it to for us! Thanks for a great vacation. :)

Great location

My family of 5 had a great time at this house for Spring Break. Location and backyard pool/putting green were amazing. The house is a little older, a few things need some repairs and there was mold/mildew on a few of the shower curtains and wash machine. I wish a beach wagon and beach chairs were provided but I should have read the listing more closely to know that they weren't. The beds were super creaky but surprisingly comfortable. Overall I'd definitely stay here again.

Spring Break on Anna Maria Island

The property is really nice and clean. Very well maintained. Location is great. Just a short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. And the property management could not have been any better. Very polite and attentive. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommended.

This was a friends trip to celebrate a milestone birthday. Loved the location. The house was spacious and clean, but needs a well written owners manual to explain details like the instant hot water control panel, which we inadvertently shut off in trying to shut off the complicated door safety alarm system! We had issues with the controls for the hot tub, and there was a problem with the pool water level, so we just added water daily. The wifi had just been changed, but we had to get maintenance to give us the new password while he was there explaining the other issues. And, there needs to be a handrail for the pool and hot tub. one of our group had to get on her knees to enter and exit! But, it was a great house, once we learned how to use it, and we would go back again!!

Great Place

The house had everything we needed. When a small issue with the sink and curtain occurred, the manager was there in minutes to address it. Close to the beach and restaurants. I’ll stay again for sure.

Mother's day celebration.

The house is a nice 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was spacious and comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars if it was not for small details such as : first day of barbecuing the propane gas was empty, dishwasher did not work as of the second day; coffee maker did not work at all, pool lights did not work and some of the dishes needed a better cleaning.

Nice house for a large family

We enjoyed having plenty of room to spread out. Note that the pool is out the side door and is not as central to the family area, but everything is as listed and it is a great house with lots of family games!

Old property needs work

Place needs a significant deep clean. Lots of dishes/drawers had food particles in/on them. One of the “master” bedrooms is a converted garage with the bathroom being the pool bathroom so it leads outside. The screen door for the porch needs to be replaced as it takes quite a bit of strength to get it to move. Vents from the ceiling are hanging and one vent on the wall is literally taped with clear tape. The board under the dishwasher fell off when I opened the dishwasher and the cupboards are I’ll fitting causing them to be hard to open. Property is across from the community center which was loud especially on “dance night” where we heard them cleaning and tossing stuff into dumpsters until 11:30pm. Also we got this house because it is a ranch and my MIL can’t do steps...the garage conversion is a step down and then step up to the bathroom/pool entrance. Overall house was functional but not something I would ever rent again.

Family Friendly

This home was perfect for our family! It is an older home, but has been updated nicely. The " King suite" on other end of house from other 3 bedrooms, was nice for my daughter's family with 2 children ages 4 and 3 months. The whole rental process went well. We had to ask to move our dates and the owners were very accommodating for us. It is in the perfect location with only 2 short blocks to the beach! I would give this property a 5 star, if it were not for the fact that the heater on the Spa and pool was not working. They did try to fix it to no avail and gave us a monetary compensation for it. I would stay here again!

Loved it here!

I absolutely loved our stay at this vacation house. It was the perfect getaway for the week with the beach being walking distance away and having a pool & hot tub in our backyard. The house was just what we needed, with enough bedrooms for everyone (3 in total) and plenty of space. The outdoor deck was one of my favorite spots to read and relax plus the layout of the house was great because of how spacious it was. There was always something to do, from going to a new ice cream shop every night to wandering in and out of the cute little stores around the town. The trolley was also great as we didn’t want to have to bother with renting a car so it worked out perfectly. I would recommend this vacation and this house to anyone who is looking for a nice, relaxing vacation. You can bet that I will be coming back here if I have the chance to!

Perfect Location and Trip!

Five of my friends and I stayed here for a week and had a great time! We were able to walk everywhere we needed, and we thought it was a great central location to everywhere on the Island. While at the house, we mostly stayed outdoors at the wonderful patio area, which is very spacious. But, while we were inside we found that both the kitchen and dining area had plenty of room for all of us. Everything in the home was very clean and organized, and the showers all worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and we all fit perfectly--the home could easily fit a bigger party. Overall, we all had a great time and would definitely recommend!!
