Old Town Scottsdale! Welcome baseball fans and weather chasers! Extremely convenient location to all that Scottsdale has to offer! 5 minutes from entertainment district and all the pool parties and shopping, 5 minutes to the new aquarium and old west museum, 10 minutes to the zoo, and within 10 minutes to the water park or fancy resorts. 10 minutes from airport. Plenty of beds for the big group.

Work groups, Bachelor/Bachelor parties, Family vacations, Reunions, Traveling Nurses.

Living room and Patio equipped with a 55" Smart TV with streaming access, as well as a 48" TV in room 2. Comfortable couches with a Queen pull out bed. Dining room with a table and ample seating for 8. Outdoor Dining that can seat just as many. Newly remodeled pool and pool deck. Barbecue, outdoor fire pit, diving pool, cornhole, ring toss are all part of what makes this backyard an entertainment center. Large kitchen with all the amenities/appliances. Patio and pool furniture. New fire pit sitting on top of new patio pavers. Total of 13 beds including the pull out couch and 2 air mattresses.

There are games for family fun, such as Catch Phrase and Yahtzee. Outdoor games as well, such as cornhole, ring toss, and a basketball hoop.

Scottsdale's greenbelt runs near the property. This long expanse of park-like amenities runs from Tempe through Scottsdale, and is great for biking, volleyball, running, golf, Frisbee golf, football etc. Scottsdale's best dining and shopping is not even a 5 minute uber ride or 10 minute bike ride.

There is a shopping center within a mile with a grocery store, pharmacy, and several dining options

Scottsdale's newest thing are public scooters. Scooters are littered in the neighborhood and on every street corner. They rent for $1/hr and do not have to be returned to any specific location. Riding scooters is very popular and a fun way to get around.
The Scottsdale Trolley has routes through this neighborhood as well and will bring you anywhere in the old town area.
Uber and Lyft of course are always at your disposal.

Great place!

We hosted a birthday weekend at this property for my husband. There was swimming, eating, boardgames, video games and all manner of nerdiness. The house was clean, easy to find and access and outfitted throughly. There were more than enough beds, linens and dishes. The dog approved. We were able to use fire sticks, consoles and wifi with no issues. No hidden costs and fines. Thanks so much!!

Phoenix Golf Trip

Nice house. Only issue was no lamps in the bedrooms due to the numerous beds. Bedroom shower was broken but Rhett fixed it 5he next day.

Property and house worked well for 14. Plenty of space. Location to Old Scottsdale was great. Nice backyard. Minor issues included unheated pool, closet doors not on track, shower/tub switch needs instructions, showers drain slow. Overall very good. Would recommend to others.

Dirty, Unsafe, Bad

Our family did not enjoy our time here. This experience was a significantly negative addition to our Christmas vacation. There were food specks crusted on the dishes in the cabinets when we arrived. The showers don’t drain, creating slick surfaces and endangering everyone, especially concerning since most of our group is in their 70’s. The floors, baseboards, and walls had a layer of filth that was easily removed with water on a paper towel. The curtains are disintegrating in 3 of the bedrooms and blinds to the bathroom are broken at eye level. The propane tanks for the grill and fire pit were left empty, so we filled them. When grilling a 25 steak, the grill caught on fire because of the inches of grease buildup in the dip tray. It gushed out flames which singed my husband’s hair/forehead. There is also a hole in the grill drip tray, so it leaks onto the rocks and our dogs kept licking whatever it was leaking out. The blankets on the beds smell unwashed between guests. There was one dish towel provided for our 28 day stay. The dishwasher would not successfully clean, and trying to fix it we found the filter had so much hard water buildup, it was calcified solid. We reserved for 28 days but left after 10 because the conditions were uninhabitable.We found the host defensive and ignorant of his responsibilities as an owner. Upon some research, this property is in violation of much of the MARICOPA COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH CODE CHAPTER X RESIDENCE ACCOMMODATIONS SECTION 2

Horrible, just horrible

the place was disgusting. Filthy. We reserved for 28 days but left after 10. I wish i could share photos of this disaster. Are considering lawsuit to get our money back. Vrbo has been NO help. I will never use them again.

Senior Golf Vacation

Birthday/reunion stay

We had a wonderful time. The house was nice. Having to swim around the hose to the pool sweeper was inconvenient, but made due. Being monsoon weather, we understood the necessity of it to keep the pool clean.

Great for Large Groups

Looked like the picture and was a great neighborhood. More cleaning in the bathroom/showers, fridge and bedrooms would be recommended for future guests. Non-slip mats in the bathrooms should be considered for future guests as multiple guest almost slipped while getting the shower. Overall, our family was very happy with this location. Everyone loved the pool and outdoor space!

Spring Training & Golf!

Went with 6 other guys for a golf trip + Spring Training. Was a perfect set up for us. Used fresh lemons from the tree in the backyard to make Gin & Tonics, the pool was great for morning cood plunges (early March) and the location was nice and close to Old Scottsdale for dinner, Cubs park and the airport is not far either. Tons of beds which is a great setup for our crew. We cooked dinner night one and the patio grill and kitchen served us very well. Listing is accurate, great spot.

The house is a short ride from Old Town Scottsdale. The house has plenty of amenities and was clean upon arrival. There are plenty of beds for a large group so it was perfect for us!

Location Location Location

We needed a house that slept 8-10 adults located on the east side of Scottsdale. This house met the criteria. With only two bathrooms, it was a bit tricky to manage access - but we survived. We spent most of our time away from the house. Overall - Very Good Choice.

Family time

Great home for large group of people. We enjoyed the beautiful home. I would give 5 stars although the beds were horribly loud. Any minute body movement aside from moving your arms, the bed makes loud noises. Otherwise, the home is great!

Good house close to fun spots in Scottsdale. Stayed here with a group of 11 guys and had a great time exploring scottsdale. Pool in the back and plenty of beds to sleep the group. Would recommend.

Great home and great location

We were two families traveling together with a total of 5 kids (ages 8-16). This home worked perfectly for our group where each couple had their own private room and then we had a room for the boys and a room for the girls where everyone had their own room. The pool was an added bonus with it being so hot during the time we were in Scottsdale and we ending up spending most of the day out back relaxing before going into town later in the afternoon and evening. The ease of check in and check out was great, communication with the owner was easy and the location of the home to the downtown area was very convenient Thank you for letting us rent your lovely home! It was the perfect start to our 2 week vacay where we are on the move every few days.

Easy and enjoyable experience!

The house is very clean and has numerous beds. The outdoor area has a pool, fire pit, TV and several sitting areas. The check in process was super easy and there were no issues.

Mattresses left a lot to be desired not comfortable at all pillows were flat plumbing was poor

It was a nice property good location but the beds were not comfortable and the plumbing was not good drains did not drain all in all a good place off

This property worked for us…. The rules listed are intense. It felt like the owner encounters a lot of rifraf. One of the rules was not to play beer pong on the table. There is an informational guide of things to do… seemed outdated. The neighborhood was not amazing, but not bad. Overall, the house was ok. The beds were super uncomfortable but everything else worked for us. Not sure I would stay there again, but I can’t say it was the worst place ever. Very clean. Pool was extremely clean. There was a grill, great outdoor patio. Lots of space in the house.

Nice house very roomy

House was clean and it was a beautiful space. Beds weren’t super comfortable and pool cleaner was in pool so kids had to swim around the hose. Otherwise it is a very roomy house, location was great. We would stay again and I even recommended it to others.
