🔹 LOCATION OF HOME:
Enjoy the best of both worlds on your vacation—-sunny, sandy beaches and a saltwater pool! You have many beach options to choose from but Madeira Beach is the closest at just 6 minutes from the home. This home is minutes from shopping and restaurants as well. Downtown St Pete is about 22-26 min drive.


🔹 HOME OVERVIEW:
The open concept of this home gives it a spacious feel and the inviting, clean décor gives you a "welcome to the beach" type of feeling. Multiple Smart TVS so you may stream your favorite shows by logging into your apps...wifi is provided. The backyard with its tropical pool and outdoor entertainment space with its own beverage refrigerator will be a favorite spot on your vacation.


🔹 POOL DETAILS: The saltwater pool is professionally cleaned weekly!


🔹 NOT A SPA:
The elevated circular portion of the pool is not a spa and it has no special features other than being an elevated portion of the pool. There are no jets and the temperatures are the same temp as the pool. This home does not have a spa/hot tub.


🔹 OPTION TO HEAT POOL: You have the option for a heated pool at an additional cost. Please contact Host for cost and other details. This amenity is only available from October thru April.


🔹 SLEEPS UP TO 8 GUESTS:
Bedroom # 1:
King Bed (sleeps 2)

Bedroom #2:
Two Double Beds (sleeps 4)

One Full Mattress = sleeps 2
(please note: this is a memory foam floor mattress that is available upon request)


🔹 BATHROOMS:
The bathroom is in the hallway across from the bedrooms. This bathroom has a tub/shower combo.



🔹 PETS:
Guests must have approval to have a pet in the home. The pet fee is $95 and should be included in your guest count when reserving home. Please no false claims of ESA's/Support Animals. We are fair and our pet fee is fair---so we expect guests to be fair. Should a guest have a service animal, given their role in providing service or support, they should never be left alone in the home. No cats are permitted (due to severe allergies).



🔹 BABY TRAVEL ITEMS:
Upon request, we use a local pack-n-play rental service. Due to limited availability, we must know
at least 2 days prior to ensure availability. Their cost for rental and delivery is $35/week. Your Host will return it upon your departure. If you require more extensive baby rental items, Baby Quip is fantastic. Our guests will receive 10% off with Baby Quip.

Quaint and centrally located
We loved out experience renting this beautiful home centrally located amongst the Gulf beaches. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overall it’s a good place.... Looks like a lot of renovation took place inside...The yard areas out front and in the rear need much attention. We wanted to use the SPA a lot but quickly found it was impossible as it like the pool was Not heated..... On the really bad side of things there was also a piece of old fencing with screws and nails in it that made walking the backyard dangerous. Beware if 2 rotten wood chairs that set in the backyard as they are full of critters including a small snake. The chairs sit on top of a bed of gravel that is unkept and full of weeds. What really surprised me was that the main chairs which set around a small table at the pool had busted coasters on the bottom making it difficult to set properly... Looks like the owner has been trying to replace these with silver coasters and my advice is just go buy a new table and chairs as what is there is worn out.... We also encountered an small altercation when the owner sent me an email accusing me of harboring a dog without paying for it. My invoice indicated that I paid for it but she would not listen....I called VRBO and it appeared they made a billing mistake... Wasted at least 2 hours of my time over $70.00... So beware of this one... On a positive note the neighbors are very nice and helped us out a lot with lots of great area information.

Superbe maison
Maison très sympa,dans un quartier charmant, supermarché à 2 pas,plage de madeiras à 7/8mn en voiture. Piscine très agréable,le seul bémol, serait le fait que la maison est plus prévue pour 4 que pour 6.cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un super séjour !!❤️

Cozy and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels for pool time. Comfy beds. Close to the beaches. Plenty of restaurants close. Thanks for letting us stay.
