Pet Friendly Gulf View Condo-Short Walk 2 Beach

The HOA will be doing work on the building November 11th-December 9th 2024 and it could be very noisy. There will be no access to the balcony during January 10th 2025-February 7th 2025 and it could be very noisy.

This stunning newly renovated Gulf view vacation rental condo in Maravilla 2310 is located directly across from the beach. Located on the third floor this two bedroom condo offers amazing unobstructed Gulf views all the way down the beach. Renovations include new tiled flooring, new appliances, and entirely renovated bathrooms.


Upon entering this vacation rental condo you will find a newly renovated kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare a home cooked meal and features brand new stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee machine. The dining area and breakfast bar can seat up to 8 comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer and if you're needing to do a little bit of laundry while on vacation don't fret, there is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The living room offers beautiful views of the Gulf, an HD flat-screen TV, queen size sleeper sofa, and its very own private balcony overlooking the pool area.


This two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps a total of 8. The master king suite has an HDTV, access to the balcony, and beautiful views of the Gulf. The master king suite has its own private bath. The second bedroom has a full over full bunk bed with an HDTV. A full bath can be found just across the hall. Book your Destin vacation rental today, before it's too late!


*Please note that the owner has the thermostat set to a minimum of 72 degrees fahrenheit during the evening and 75 during the day.


Maravilla is a 33-acre beach front community with 500 feet of deeded beach access. The community has gated access from US 98 and Scenic Gulf Drive. Other community features are two pools (one heated seasonally), hot tub, clubhouse with kitchen and community room, fitness room, association management on site, two tennis courts, Basketball, shuffleboard, and direct beach access to the beach and gulf. Maravilla is perfectly located to the best shopping, dining, and entertaining on the Emerald Coast.
*Please note Maravilla's HOA does not allow: Boats, RVs, campers, wave runners, trailers, semi-tractors, rental golf carts, buses, 2-3 wheel scooters, mopeds, e-scooters, or e-skateboards.

The location and view are great and very clean. Best part is pet friendly. Only bad experience was the thermostat is controlled by the owner and property manager does not or will not give out the code. The low setting at night was 71 degrees that seems reasonable but does not help with the humidity and sticky feeling at night. We expect when we pay for a stay that we should be able to control the temperature just like home that we sleep at a 69 setting. Prperty manager Glass Casa was very responsive in returning my calls.

Floor mopping could be better prior to guests arriving. Had to wipe up a water spill in kitchen shortly after arriving and the paper towel was obviously dirty... didn't want to go barefoot after that. Other than that, the place was great. Beds were very comfortable... sofa bed was not. The view was awesome! So nice to be so close to the beach! Property management staff are top-notch!

Million dollar view
We had a wonderful stay at Maravilla 2310! The location is convenient to everything. The walk to the beach is easy- 6 minutes from your door to your beach chair. The street crossing is a crosswalk- but very easy to get across - even in peak summer. Beach access is private - with a private access code to the gate. There was also beach chair service which I think was worth the $. The beach chair manager Kevin - was always so helpful and even made a water rescue during our stay! Now the for the condo: it was clean and ready at check in. The view is spectacular- and allows you to enjoy the beach even from the comfort of your couch or balcony if you prefer! The beds were comfy. Kitchen is modern and well stocked. Bathrooms are nicely updated. Again everything was very clean. You have a direct view of one of the pools- but it was never loud or crowded. I had to call Glass Casa management twice - one time about a lock issue, and the other time to get a second parking pass. They were very easy to get in touch with, so friendly, and resolved issues immediately. The best part of the stay was our family dog accompanied us. Thank you for being dog friendly!! We will definitely return!!

Updated, beautifully decorated with an amazing view!
We were so happy with this unit. It was perfect for us & our dog. Being on the 3rd floor we had the best view of the beach which is why we chose this one in the first place. Our dog loved being on the balcony where he could see all the other dogs being walked all day long. As well as the the 2 kitty cats that lived on the first floor. It looked just like the pictures online. It was clean, uncluttered, updated appliances & furniture. Plenty of bath towels too. I think they put a lot of thought in the decor. The complex was clean, well maintained, plenty of parking. Dog area for walking your dogs. Elevators, numerous luggage carts. Outdoor charcoal grills were cleaned every morning by maintenance staff. First floor guest bathrooms around the corner from the pool. The only 2 negatives are the bedroom sliding doors were very difficult to open & close. I couldn’t do it myself. My husband had to. We called the property manager & they sent someone out immediately but he couldn’t fix it. Said it needed new rollers. Hopefully it will be repaired soon. The other negative was that this is the only unit that doesn’t include beach chair & umbrella service. That was a big disappointment because to purchase this service was an additional $50 a day. We do highly recommend Maravila!

The thermostat was controlled but we had brought lots of fans to set around. The air conditioner vent was very dirty and clogged. I Text Glass Casa and the situation was taken care of right away. After that the air was cool enough to tolerate. Loved that they had a full washer and dryer, we used every day. The kitchen was equipped with the bare minimum Pots and pans were not many to choose and there were No condiments so bring your own even down to salt and pepper. The condo is on the third floor and 2 doors down from the elevator which was very nice. The parking was nice enough that we didn’t have to walk too far. The pool and facilities were very nice. I had problems finding the back pool. When I text they responsed quickly to where I needed to go. The best part was the beautiful view we had from the balcony. It was just breath taking. We were close enough to the pool to enjoy but not right on top. I would recommend this place and this condo. Tips bring fans and all your own condiments. The Glass Casa responded quickly to all my texts.

Reviewer Comments: PROS: Property was as described, photos accurately represent the unit. Unit was clean and everything in good working order. Having the pool nearby was very convenient. I loved having new, pristine, fluffy towels.CONS: Class Casa customer service left much to be desired. A conflict between the rental agency and the property owner regarding thermostat access resulted in the listing being revised *after* our booking was made noting restricted access to the AC thermostat. Multiple calls and chats were we made to politely attempt to resolve the issue, but Glass Casa only agreed to correct it when my husband called. I am very disappointed that a male had to intervene before our concerns were addressed. Beaches are not dog friendly, dogs aren't allowed on any beaches within an hour drive of this condo. If you're looking for a beach vacation with a furry family member, I highly recommend Cape San Blas.

The condo got really hot middle of the night and the thermostat is kept locked. We were told there was an alexa in the condo, and that was false. Cleanliness was also a bit questionable, as we found someone's lashes glued to the toilet paper dispenser. Other items could have used some updating as well, and no beach service was offered.

It is a small place, and it looks tired and worn. What's worse, the condo is very warm- even at night. We had family stay at another condo in the Maravilla complex, and theirs was cool and comfortable at all times of the day and night. Something needs to be done with the A/C. Also, the condo needs to be better stocked for paying guests. There was literally one hanger in the closet- ONE; and not even one hand towel in either bathroom. The kitchen had only the most bare necessities, and even the coffee pot was broken (shattered carafe). The list goes on. So little care was given to stocking this condo. For the amount we paid, we deserved better. And to the person looking for a vacation condo, so do you.

We paid over $1000 more than my daughter paid for the same week at the Mediterranea. It was a little more than half the size and not nearly as nice. No closet or dresser is 2nd bedroom. Lock on the AC. Beds were far too bouncy. Hair and dust on the baseboards. Only one large glass, several small glasses, and wine glasses. Not well equipped. Noise level was very loud: yappy dog, construction, and lots of noise from above and the side. Beach area stacked with chairs and umbrellas. Needs to be priced much lower.

Reviewer Comments: Disappointing & expensive compared to what other properties you can get in better areas that are directly beach/ocean front. Dirty floors (we ended up cleaning ourselves), uncomfortable beds, busy street to cross & loud location due to traffic. Service/maintenance response terrible. Washer never worked & bad sewer smell from one of the bathrooms was never fixed during stay. This place is expensive for what you get. You can way better properties in much better locations. I guess the appeal to many is you can bring your pets?

The condo is updated and well-decorated with an amazing view. The patio was large and our family of 4 fit comfortably out there. We found it to be well stocked to our needs and very quiet with no noise from neighboring units. Overall the condo was very clean, but the nature of the grooved vinyl planks caused dirt and sand to be trapped, making the bottoms of our feet and socks discolored. With no fault to the owner, the management did not tell us the washing machine was broken. We didn’t pack with that in mind, causing us to ration clothes towards the end of the trip.

Great location
Maravilla is a great location that is central to everything. The listing has some inaccuracies about the beach chairs as beach service is included with the room. Destin Palms told me there would be chairs and an umbrella in the room. It was a little confusing but a minor issue. Liked having the beach service instead. Just thought Destin Palms would have accurate info when I asked them about it.
