While is it not directly on the beach it is very convenient to the beach and has covered parking at no extra cost inside the building.

During the past year of ownership, one thing stands out to nearly every guest and family member we have hosted. The Staff at the resort. They are very helpful and accommodating. Many rental properties in the area are managed by offsite agents that ask you to pick-up and drop-off keys and bring your own linens and towels. This resort stands apart in customer service and hospitality. The staff and professional management onsite make a huge difference.

The unit offers the perfect size for your family with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The unit also includes a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and lockable safe. The Master Suite has a king-size bed and master bath. The Master Suite has direct access to a large balcony which provides views of a beautiful lake and the fairways of Surf Golf Club. A second bedroom comes with two queen size beds and adjoining full bathroom. The 3rd Bedroom has one queen size bed, separate sink, and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. All bedrooms have closets, TVs, and DVRs. The dining room table has seating for six and three additional seats are at the breakfast bar facing the kitchen. The unit has a 3 person sofa and three chairs in the living room. This unit includes access to a large Outdoor Pool area with Lazy River and Hot-Tub as well as an Indoor Pool, Hot-Tub and Sauna. Guests also have access to a small Gym. Tilghman Beach and Golf Resort is a wonderful choice for your family vacation, Girl Friend Get-A-Away or Guys Golf Trip. You may book this room by providing 50% of the room rate upon booking. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before arrival. We require 14 Days notice in order to cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
