Grand T2 located on the 5th and last floor. The apartment is very bright with lots of charm (completely redone late 2014, with new bedding), panoramic view of 270 ° on Dijon. Ideally located in the city center (walking), offering all shops 2 minutes walk (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants ...), but also close to the fair (convention center)
The apartment is composed of a large living room of 27m ², a large room with a large closet, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a garage, Wifi ... terrace of 34m ² located South facing with an exceptional panoramic view.

Apartment in Dijon

It was a great apartment in which to base ourselves for 3 days. It was a very easy walk into old town & just a further 10 minutes onto the station for day trips. We had a lovely Italian meal just around the corner from the apartment at Le Sommatino. Clearly a popular restaurant with locals. Gerard collected us from the station on arrival & dropped us back there when we left for Lausanne. This was greatly appreciated.

A home away from home. Beautiful sunsets on the balcony Walk to main centre. Friendly host.

The flat was just the same as the photos. So comfortable. Quiet. Great balcony with beautiful views. We loved staying here. Walked everywhere. 10 mins to main centre. Thank you to our host Gerard.

Spacious, light, quiet apartment, with everything you could want. Great value for money.

Large, modern, quality apartment, with a big sunny terrace with views. Very comfortable, good shower in roomy bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Just a short interesting walk to the city centre, but the apartment is situated in a nice quartier with interesting antique shop, supermarket and some eateries. We were met at the train station and driven to the apartment in the morning, which was a fabulous plus. No-fuss hosts. Really recommend this place, and would stay here again. Great value for money. A lot better than more expensive places.

Große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse und Super-Ausblick in ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Zentrum. Geschäfte und Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, diverse Bushaltestellen ebenso. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Für einen Aufenthalt in Dijon absolut zu empfehlen!

The owner Gerard was wonderful—he picked me up and took me to the apartment and showed me everything. The location was fabulous as was the apartment—I loved the big deck!!! Great place to stay!!

Excellent accueil et appartement très bien situé.

L’immeuble est calme et bien entretenu. Le propriétaire est charmant. Il ne manque rien au niveau produits pour l’entretien et pour la cuisine. Le centre ville de Dijon est à 10 minutes à pieds.
