The place is exactly as represented. The location is closer than I imagined. The owners are very accommodating.

Plenty of space!

The pictures are outdated & do not do this place justice. It is spacious, comfy, & so close to the action. Kitchen had everything we needed. They even provided boogie boards, chairs, & beach toys! Owner was attentive. We had a nice stay!!

Great location!

Steps away from Short Sands Beach and shops. Unit had everything we needed and was exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable! Owner was very responsive and friendly. We've already booked for next year.

Close to short sands walk to beach and down town.

Quiet location. You can walk to shops and beach saving on parking. 4 parking spaces for your unit. Internet, wifi, tvs. Air-conditioned , nice kitchen, laundry, charcoal grill. Enjoyed the location looking forward to next visit! 2 bedrooms bath upstairs living room with pullout sofa, den with sectional and bath down stairs. Nice breeze keeps downstairs cool. We really enjoyed our visit!

Best vacation ever!

The condo location was exactly what we were hoping for-walking distance to everything. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a long day at the beach. Definitely did not want to come home.

Great property, just as advertised

We were quite impressed with this property. We have stayed at several other rentals in the area, and this property is the first that was just as advertised. The condo is very clean and neat. Brian is very attentive and checked in with us several times. We will be back next year. Thanks Brian for a very relaxing vacation.
