Very recent house in perfect condition, 500 m from the beach and the city center, 800 meters from the marina of Roscoff.
Large living room with flamenco stove and fully fitted kitchen. One bedroom with dressing on the ground floor for a couple. A bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Dishwasher and TV. Three bicycles to quickly reach the port of Roscoff fishing, downtown or the surrounding beaches. Very quiet, dead-end home. Garden of 360 m2, large south and east terrace.

Schönes Haus in Roscoff

Wir haben schöne Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Bis zum Alten Hafen von Roscoff waren es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten. Zum Strand ca. 20 Minuten. Das Örtchen Roscoff ist wunderbar. Schöne Lädchen, nette Bars. Die Natur dieser Gegend, die schönen Strände haben uns sehr begeistert! Ein vielseitiger Urlaub fernab vom Massentourismus!

Perfect holiday

The communication with Samuel and Florence was very friendly and easy from the start. Florence was at the house when I arrived and showed me around and explained everything. She gave me some chocolate from Morlaix as a welcoming gift. The house is beautifully and tastefully furnished, well equipped and is exactly as described in the fotos. It is in a quiet residential area and is located perfectly for tours outside of Roscoff as well as for walks to the old harbour and a boat trip to the Ile de Batz. There is a supermarket with petrol station just around the corner. The exotic garden and a little beach are 10 minutes away on foot. I can highly recommend the house for a lovely holiday and would stay there again.

Belle maison facile à vivre à Roscoff

On peut tout faire à pied, centre ville, port, thalasso, plages … Compter 10 mn à pied. Quartier très calme. Terrasse. 2 salles de bains et wc. Lave linge et lave vaisselle.

Ein Traum…

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Haus der Familie Petit sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Ein Highlight: der Kamin. Die Lage in einer Wohnstrasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr ist absolut ruhig. Zum Hafen kann man laufen und ist mittendrin im Geschehen. Einen Cidre mit Blick auf das Meer sollte man dort nicht verpassen. Wir werden nicht zum letzten Mal bei Familie Petit gewesen sein. Wir kommen wieder.

Un beau sejour

Tout était parfait dans cette jolie maison . On s'y sent bien d emblée..il ne manque rien....ce n est pas toujours le cas dans les locations.La maison est située proche du centre ville de roskoff, les magasins proches pour le ravitaillement sont rapidement accessibles.( super u, leclerc à st paul de Léon atteint en moins de 10 mn) A louer sans hesitation. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire .

Schönes Haus, zentral gelegen

Hier passt einfach alles, einem erholsamen Urlaub steht nichts im Weg. Für uns war der wunderschöne offene Kamin ein Highlight, der im Winter natürlich jeden Abend angezündet wurde. Die Betten sind bequem und die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Séjour breton

Premier séjour en Bretagne pour ma compagne et moi, la location est top, très propre, en tous points conforme à l'annonce. Les hôtes sont disponibles et ponctuels ! Je recommande pour une visite des côtes sauvages de Roscoff. Encore merci à Samuel et son épouse de nous avoir reçu.

Calme et Mer

Maison très propre, fonctionnelle et au calme ! Pas de souci pour garer son véhicule. Les environs sont riches pour s'évader et être au plein d'air (salé). Si vous souhaitez être en famille le logement est parfait avec des adolescents (il y a Internet !! :) ). Mais comme indiqué dans l'annonce son design intérieur n'est pas adapté pour tout le monde (notamment au plus jeune). Une petite pensée pour les propriétaires charmants et très à l'écoute. Agréable séjour en Bretagne...

Maison individuelle contemporaine, située à quelques minutes du port et du centre historique de Roscoff, au calme, avec vue dégagée sur le champ voisin. La maison est confortable et très bien équipée (cuisine aménagée, électroménager, …), décorée avec goût, avec de grandes baies coulissantes donnant sur une terrasse bois en angle, belle salle de bains au rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons apprécié sa localisation géographique ce qui nous a permis de visiter l’arrière pays breton sans trop faire de kilomètres (Morlaix à 28 kms, Brest à 60 kms, le circuit des enclos paroissiaux). Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire, à notre arrivée, qui a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer et nous donner quelques recommandations pour notre séjour et préparer nos visites. Maison très propre, et très bien entretenue. Nous recommandons vivement cette location…

Tout simplement parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (2 adultes et 1 ado, 2me semaine juillet 2016) dans cette maison neuve, spacieuse, confortable et moderne. La location est parfaitement conforme à la description et aux photos. Jouissant d'une grande terrasse bien exposée, bien équipée et au calme, rien ne manque dans la maison, ... on s'y sent rapidement comme chez soi... Si la météo laisse à désirer, pas de problème: grands espaces intérieurs, feu de bois, jeux de société, lectures diverses, salon TV "cosy"... tout est là... excepté le Wifi... mais on peut très bien s'en passer, surtout en vacances... Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter la région, au calme dans une impasse proche du port de Roscoff (10' à pied ou 5' à vélo... gracieusement mis à disposition par les propriétaires), le tout, sans les inconvénients du centre Ville: stationnement entre autres. Cette location est à recommander sans hésitation (excepté pour les petits enfants: escalier et mezzanine non adaptés). Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux en toute simplicité, et pour leur disponibilité . A bientôt Mr et Mme Petit.

Tolles Haus, super nette Gastgeber

Auch im Winter ist die Bretagne eine Reise wert, vor allem das Finistère mit seinen tollen Stränden, Inseln und Städten. Roscoff ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt für viele Ekursionen (Ile de Batz, Aber Wrac'h, Morlaix ...). Hat man dann noch ein so tolles Haus - es kann nichts schief gehen. Die Gastgeber (M. et Mme Petit) sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit in allen Belangen. Gerne kehren wir in dieses Haus zurück.
