Renovated Historic Cottage in New Braunfels

THE HOUSE:

The Tolle House is a charming 1920’s historic cottage, renovated and professionally decorated. The home is located in a nice neighborhood with just a short walk to the historical New Braunfels square and the crystal clear Comal River. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Rare Comal River private exit for tubing (when 444 Tubing Company is open for business they provide two free tube rentals per day for our guests). Perfect for families and gatherings!

• Keurig coffee pot and a wide selection of pods. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee on the front porch couch and chairs (a family favorite)

ROOM 1: Master Bedroom has a king bed, a closet and French door that opens out to the back yard. Large, well appointed private bathroom with clawfoot tub and two plush, terry cloth robes. Nice amenities to include: Soap, conditioner, shampoo and body wash provided.

ROOM 2: Two twin-sized bunk beds. Sleeps 4 with recliner for reading your favorite book. Shares bathroom with Room 3.

ROOM 3: Room with memory foam queen bed. TV(Roku) and door opens to front porch. Shares bathroom with Room 2.

BATHROOM 2: Large bathroom with shower, closet area, and two plush, terry cloth robes. Nice amenities to include: Soap, conditioner, shampoo and body wash provided.

Whether sitting on the front porch, strolling thru the New Braunfels square, tubing the Comal River, exploring the San Antonio Riverwalk, Austin nightlife or the Texas Hill Country, the Tolle House is centrally located.

A night in New Braunfels

Just an overall fantastic stay. The house is adorable. Just takes you back in time to a simpler way of living. The Claw Tub in the Master was so cool. I haven’t taken a bath in a tub in 50 years, loved it. I will be back. Shawn

A wonderful house

This was our fifth time to stay in Tolle House and it continues to be our Texas home away from home. It is well maintained and equipped and the management company is superb. The home is on a quiet cul de sac and close to the town square. We love it!

Our go to in New Braunfels

This is the third time we've stayed at the Toll House in New Braunfels and will continue to stay there in the future. It is ideally located and a short walk to many restaurants and the put-in for tubing. The house is nicely setup and very comfortable. The property manager is exceptionally responsive and made sure that we were comfortable.

Nice place. Communication with chick In could have been better

Overall was nice place. Tight parking. Master bath is a tub only. Water pressure in other shower is extremely low. If any of these things matter, then you need to know these things. Otherwise we made it work.

Great location and space

You can't beat the location if you're in town for enjoying the river or Schlitterbahn. It's also a short walk from several restaurants. This home has all the amenities you need and then some. One thing to keep in mind is this house only has one true shower in the shared bathroom and a tub in the master.

A wonderful house on a quiet cul-de-sac near town center

We love this property and have stayed there three times for a month-long stay each time. The management team is excellent and very responsive to any needs. We plan to stay again.

Perfectly Pleasant

On our 29th annual girls trip, we chose this adorable home to spend a week in New Braunfels. We were not disappointed. It was one of the cleanest and well stocked rentals we’ve stayed in. The home sits in a quiet part of town that is close enough to many restaurants and shops you can walk to them. There are bikes left for you also if you choose to ride around town. The beds were very comfortable at the end of a long day. Plenty of TVs in the house. New washer and dryer for your convenience. And the front porch was great to sit in the rockers and watch the deer that roam through the streets, with the exception of the mosquitoes. The host did something no other host has done in the rentals we’ve stayed in prior. In the refrigerator we found milk, juice, yogurt and creamer to use with the well-stocked coffee pods for the Keurig. Then on the counter was a snack basket filled with granola bars, chips, popcorn, candy, and trail mix. It was a special treat we didn’t expect but much appreciated. I would highly recommend this adorable home and would definitely stay there again.

Our 2nd visit

We will keep coming back to the Toll house, we really enjoy our staying here. The house is nicely furnished and very clean. We really enjoy sitting outside at night around the fire pit with light string on while toasting marshmallows for shmores. It is ideally located within walking distance to several nice restaurants, a short drive to the park to launch tubes, and easy access to the fair grounds.

Fantastic location.

We all had a fantastic stay. The house is so cute and had plenty of room and beds for everyone. Location is great and walking distance to downtown. Even had snacks for the guest as well as a shaded yard to relax and play yard games and even a BBQ pit.

Wonderful stay with family

The house is amazing. Fully stocked with extras. We were in the best location for the water parks and floating the river. We even walked down to the oldest bakery in Texas on our last morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Wow Factor!

The location is ideal if you want to float the beautiful Comel River without parking fees and/or take a stroll downtown. My family LOVED the set up of the home, beautiful decor, and sitting in the rocking chairs in he morning. We all slept soundly each night in comfortable beds. This place provided our family with more than we expected! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!!

A great three bedroom cottage near the Comal River

This was our second month-long stay at 454 Tolle Street in New Braunfels and once again we had a most relaxing and enjoyable time. This three bedroom, two bath, cottage is very comfortable and on a quiet cul-de-sac in a pleasant neighborhood within easy walking distance of the Comal River and downtown. We love it so much, we have already booked another month for the fall.

The Perfect Place

As a large family of 6, we’ve rented many VRBOs. This was one of the best. It’s ideally located and super clean with lots of charm. The kitchen had literally every tool and utensil I needed to cook a nice Easter meal. We loved being right across the street from the great folks at 444 Tubing and seeing the deer in the early mornings and evenings. My kids loved it here. It was absolutely perfect!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Cutest little place!!

My parents loved this cute house I found for us to stay in while out of town for a wedding. The location is perfect and Keith leaves you tons of snacks! Excellent communication and gave us a late check-out.
