The livingroom vaulted ceiling and open floor plan create a comfortable sense of space, perfect for conversations and sharing good times. Imagine sharing stories about the great adventures from earlier in the day while relaxing in the private hot-tub, or cooking an exquisite meal in the large kitchen while your friends/family chat while sitting at the granite breakfast bar.

Here's some details about the property:

• 2 bedrooms - Sleeps 5-6 people (5 people in beds - Queen bed (a luxurious and recently purchased Beautyrest Hotel 6 March 2020)in the master and a double/twin bunk in the second bedroom). The couch pulls out to a double bed. We "may" accept up to 6 guests per stay, with prior approval with an extra guest surcharge when booking more than 5 people.

• 2 bathrooms (Ensuite is equipped with Shower and Tub. The main bathroom has a shower.)

• Private keyless entrance for easy access!

- Secure heated parkade (there is 1 stall specifically allocated to this condo, with visitors parking, although 1st come 1st served basis)

• In-suite Washer & Dryer / Dishwasher

• Living room - Gas Fireplace, 50" 4K smart TV, DVD player with library of DVDs for your use - wide variety of movies for children and adults.

Master Ensuite has combination tub/shower, large closet, blow-dryer, shampoo, toilet paper, bodywash.

• Second bedroom - TV for playing DVD player.

Main bathroom is equipped with shower blow-dryer, shampoo, toilet paper, bodywash.

• Well equipped full kitchen with large breakfast bar. Gas BBQ on the balcony.

• Dining area, table comfortably seats 6. (Can accommodate 8 using an extension leaf for the table and 2 of our breakfast bar stools)
