If you're looking for a comfortable, well-appointed 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Sun Peaks condo, with hot tub, and ski-in ski out access, then, check our property out!

Welcome to "My Sun Peaks Getaway" at Settlers Crossing. We want it to be your your home away from home; a place to relax and unwind, a place to have fun and play, a place to make fabulously special memories. It is perfect for a family or 2 couples.

Like our family, we believe you will love this top floor 915 sq ft condo, in a modern complex. The living room vaulted ceiling and open floor plan create a comfortable sense of space, perfect for conversations and sharing good times. Imagine sharing stories about the great adventures from earlier in the day while relaxing in the private hot-tub, or cooking an exquisite meal in the large kitchen while your friends/family chat while sitting at the granite breakfast bar.

Here's some details about the property:

• 2 bedrooms - Sleeps 5-7 people (5 people in beds - Queen bed (a luxurious and recently purchased Beautyrest Hotel 6 March 2020)in the master and a queen/twin bunk in the second bedroom). The couch pulls out to a double bed. We may accept up to 7 guests per stay, with prior approval with an extra guest surcharge when booking more than 5 people.

• 2 bathrooms (Ensuite is equipped with Shower and Tub. The main bathroom has a shower.)

• Private keyless entrance for easy access!

- Secure heated parkade (there is 1 stall specifically allocated to this condo, with visitors parking, although 1st come 1st served basis)

• Private hot tub on the balcony

• Secured Wifi internet, Cable TV

• In-suite Washer & Dryer / Dishwasher

• Living room - Gas Fireplace, 50" 4K smart TV, DVD player with library of DVDs for your use - wide variety of movies for children and adults.

• Master bedroom - TV for playing DVD.
Master Ensuite has combination tub/shower, large closet, blow-dryer, shampoo, toilet paper, bodywash.

• Second bedroom - TV for playing DVD player.

Main bathroom is equipped with shower blow-dryer, shampoo, toilet paper, bodywash.

• Well equipped full kitchen with large breakfast bar. Gas BBQ on the balcony.

• Dining area, table comfortably seats 6. (Can accommodate 8 using an extension leaf for the table and 2 of our breakfast bar stools)

***No smoking, no parties and no bikes inside the condo, please.

***Renters are advised that the property is top floor and requires walking up approx 14 steps. to get to the living area.

Perfect ski holiday for the family

March break at Sun Peaks

We had such a great time at Sun Peaks! James is very helpful and his instructions are very detailed, which we appreciated. The ski-in/ski-out condo is lovely and has a very well stocked kitchen. We used the hot tub daily and the BBQ on the deck was a great feature! We walked into the village a few times for dinner which was fun and only takes about 15 minutes. Also, we enjoyed the access to Roku TV and cable channels. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Property, Location

We spent a week at My Sunpeaks Getaway and enjoyed every minute. Property was great size for four adults and had everything we needed. Hot tub was fantastic and would recommend the property. Easy Ski In and Ski out to Orient Chair. Shuttle stop is just 50mtrs from stay. James was great to deal with through entire booking process and during our stay. Thanks for the use of your property

Nice condo at Sun Peaks

Very comfortable and clean condo with everything we needed. The living area is spacious and the bed was super comfy. We really enjoyed the private hot tub on the balcony.

Nice place at Sun Peaks

We were there for 4 days of skiing. Everything worked out fine. We bought groceries in Kamloops and the kitchen was fully stocked and had really pretty nice cookware. Beds were as described, could easily sleep 5 with the bedrooms. The hosts were very responsive to our couple of questions. Was a good stay.

Ski in/ski out with everything you need

Great little property with all the amenities and easy access on and off the ski hill. The bed was comfy, the hot tub was warm, the kitchen was stocked and the the unit was very clean. What more could we ask for! Communication with the hosts was easy and how to access the unit/ski hill was well laid out. We will stay here again!

Beautiful condo

We all greatly enjoyed this well stocked condo (especially the kitchen). We had easy access to the ski hill and village. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

Great place to stay! We had an amazing time in Sun Peaks and this was a perfect 'Getaway'. The unit was extremely clean and it was very well equipped with everything you will need (and more). It was a great location for ski in ski out. Host was very responsive and provided us with all the details needed to make it a great stay. We can't wait to come back and am looking at booking in this unit again. Thank you James!

Didn’t want to leave!

Check in was smooth- James sent all necessary directions and door codes ahead of time. The condo was clean, cozy, and well stocked. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and then some. The in-floor heating in the bathrooms was such a treat and the hot tub right on the deck was so convenient and well utilized. My daughters loved the bunk beds and assortment of games in the living room. Loved our stay here and hope to return soon!

Sun Peaks never disappoints

Great rental in an amazing summer/winter village. So much to do and see year round. Our host was very responsive to our concerns regarding the forest fires and remained flexible in our trip planning.

Amazing place and very understanding owner

The place is stellar - location is very close to the lift- the house has beautiful large windows and extremely comfortable furnishings. The house is well prepped for a family and makes for a great stay in Sunpeaks. More than anything, James is extremely responsive and very accommodating which makes the experience really worth it. Ski Vacay

Had a great stay in this very comfortable condo. Well equipped kitchen, wonderful private hot tub and barbecue on the deck. The underground parking was very convenient and the ski locker outside the door was handy! Communication with the owner was prompt and informative, right down to photos of where to ski in! Highly recommend!

Family fun

Sun peaks offers a lot to do over the summer and this unit was the perfect location for our family. We enjoyed our morning walks to town for coffee and the hot tub each night after a day of activity.

Why they chose this property

Settler's Crossing has always been our favorite place in Sun Peaks to rent. We created a lot of great family memories renting in the complex. We love that it is one of the newest developments in Sun Peaks and we enjoy being able to to ski in and out of the complex. The access will be even better once the new chairlift goes in behind the complex too, which is supposed to completed for the 2019 season.
We love that the suite is modern and appointed with hardwood and granite countertops and is in great condition. It is the perfect size for our family's getaway and specifically we always loved staying on the top floor with its vaulted ceiling and definitely wanted a hot tub with the suite.
Additionally, as the property suite faces more or less North, it will get the morning sun and will stay cool on those hot sunny summer days! So when the opportunity came up to purchase we knew we wanted to be in Settler's and this was the one!
