This 3 bedroom | 2 bath condo sleeps 10 and is located on the 11th floor of the Phoenix VIII building in Orange Beach, AL. Watch the dolphins playing in the surf each morning from your spacious private balcony while you sip your coffee. Enjoy winding down in the evening on the balcony with a glass of wine! This condo has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Perdido Pass where the fishing boats go out every day. No Check In procedure to deal with or standing in lines. Orange Beach is a family-friendly beachfront town. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you be able to find this level of luxury and convenience anywhere for this price!

The most incredible view

We loved our stay. The Phoenix 8 is incredible. The pool is so much fun. The view from the balcony is so gorgeous. It was exactly what I was looking for. The beach is so quiet and beautiful. We can’t wait to return.

Fall Break

Bad timing of repairing boardwalk during school fall break forcing us to use next building access. Kitchen well supplied but need to add waffle maker and 2 large and 1 small crockpot to kitchen description as we hauled both down. Otherwise it was a great space with a beautiful view for us. Beds comfortable with good sized rooms.

Gorgeous View and Adorable Condo!

This condo absolutely lived up to the photos and was stocked with kitchen items way more than I expected. I took my two boys there for a few days over fall break and we had a great time. Definitely worth the extra money to get a place on a higher floor, and this particular place was also comfortable and adorably decorated. The condo building itself feels like it needs some updates, but it absolutely suited us perfectly for a few days.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Just a couple of things....when checking under the beds for any belongings while packing to leave, I noticed lots of dust. You may want to clean under the beds. Also, wine opener did not work so I had to buy another one. These are minor things, but just thought I would point them out. Again, great stay. We'll book again for sure!

Great view

Overall this was a decent property. The view was fantastic! Plenty of seating. Kitchen was very well stocked. It has popcorn ceilings in the bedrooms which dust has stuck to as well as the air conditioning vents and bathroom vents. If you are allergic to dust you may need to take this into consideration. EVERYTHING is labeled kind of made us feel as though the owner didn’t think highly of their renter’s intellectual level.

Very Nice Condo

Condo was very nice neat and clean. Looked just like the photos. Loved the balconies off of the master bedroom and living room/dining room area. Sliding doors a little hard to open and to lock after closing but we managed. There’s not much I didn’t like if anything I could stand the master mattress to be softer. I prefer firm but it was a little too hard for my liking. And the kitchen knives need to be replaced. They didn’t do much of a job cutting or slicing. Otherwise our stay was GREAT!!! I would stay here again

Fantastic!

Best place we have stayed in so far in all the years we have been going to Orange Beach. Clean, easy access, fully equipped for all of our meals. Views are wonderful!

It’s a very good location we enjoyed it but there was not enough towels out for us it Took a day to get four more towels and one of the dining room chairs was broken but overall I would give it a five star rating

Great condo!!

We loved the condo!! Very clean! Only downside was there were not enough bath towels in the condo for everyone. The condo sleeps 10 and we had 6 bath towels. We tried to call for more, but never received a call back. Other than that, it was perfect!! Master bed was also too firm, but that’s personal preference! Loved it all in all!

Nice view okay stay

My first impression when we arrived at the house is wow they have a lot of signs. Walk in the house and they are all over. I am sure they are trying to be helpful but they are all over. Fan in master does not go fast so it was pretty warm at night. I don’t like it warm. The master bed is very firm. If you don’t like firm you won’t like this bed. Master bath is very small only one at a time. The other two bedrooms are fine. Two bedrooms have to share one small bath. There was a crushed Chocolate Hershey kiss in the master bed and a gross hair on the wall by the shower. Living room- one of the club chairs falls over if you shift to the right. I ended up on the floor. One of the bar stools , top is loose. Couch showing wear and tear. Kitchen has lots of pans but no room for food. The ice maker is very slow so being ice. We let maintenance know about some of this but they never contacted us back. I would not rent this unit again.
