a 40 m2 fenced garden with outdoor equipment (barbecue ...) possibility of putting in a closed bike garage, quad bikes, etc ... Many activities nearby Peggres safari, Pilat natural park, Go-karting, Hiking, mountain biking, tagging, Tree climbing, Saint Clair golf course, St Pierre de Boeuf lake swimming picnic whitewater swimming, Mastrou tourist railway ( sweet valley) St maurice l exile aquatic complex, rental and quad ride and one more in season possibility of forest walk with mushroom and chestnut picking The village of Peaugres offers 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, a tobacconist, 1 pharmacy, 1 wine cellar, and a store of local products
