Great Location and Very Comfortable

We love this house. The location is perfect for getting to the beach and the boardwalk. Our teens love the independence of being able to explore the surrounding neighborhood and get to the boardwalk on their bikes/skatebords/scooters. The house is clean and in very good operation. We've stayed at this location several times and have had minor issues. When we have, management's response was great

Walked in and immediately hit with the strong smell of fake cleaning perfume stuff that gives you an instant headaches. Food, pet hair, and dust all over the floors. There was food caked on the counter, and later when I went to put dishes in the dishwasher found it full of dirty dishes (soap still in dispenser) and went to use the blender for smoothies and it was dirty and smelled so gross. Soaked it the entire time we were there. The games we fun but the garage is really musty and the ceiling is moldy which is horrible for allergies. The upstairs bathroom smelled and the first sink had toothpaste spit on it. Since we were only here two nights we waited until we got home to shower. My daughter in law swept the kitchen area since I am allergic to animals and when she moved the couch it was disgusting she said. She moved it back for fear that moving all the dust and pet hair would cause me to be unable to stay. I realize I missed where it said pet friendly. My fault. We spent the majority of the time on the screened in porch. That was nice. Tons of roaches at night. There were pistachio shells on it. I am allergic to nuts so they definitely were not mine. Thought we might be able to walk over to the water in the lot that it shows in the picture, but evidently not. Nextdoor Neighbor made that clear. We had fun but with check-in at 4 and check-out at 10 it’s not really two full days, and then to have an additional fee thrown on was sneaky. I would not have rented the house had I been aware of the extra charge. It really felt like a rip off.

Great Place to Celebrate Memorial Day

House was well appointed. Screened porches are amazing. Great neighborhood. Loved the location and the amenities at the home. Would definitely return for future vacations. Short walk to the beach.

Sweet spot for our family! Easy access to the beach and plenty of room to relax.

This is probably our favorite spot at Carolina Beach. Perfect location close to beach, food, and family. We utilized the screen porch to the fullest. Thank you for access to a cart we could take to the beach. All in all this house was a comfy fit and we would totally like to rent again.
