Clean and well situated RE transit
The apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to public transport, grocery stores, and Paris's main business district. The fan made a big difference, as the A/C when we were there was not particularly strong and/or was not working. The bed and couch were comfortable, and while the smallness of the apartment meant we were not particularly inclined to spend a lot of time in it, we had enough space to cook simple meals and sleep well.
Check in instructions were clear; what was not clear was how VRBO chained together messages so that the check in instructions ended up not showing in our email. We eventually remedied that via the app.
For slightly mobility impaired folks, and/or people dragging suitcases, be aware that getting from the RER station to the apartment requires navigating some non-working escalators around La Defense. There is a round about way to access transport at La Defense from the apartment via a road (so no need to haul stuff up stairs), but it adds a lot of extra walking. Once suitcases are dropped off, it's very walkable.
