THE VIBE IS PRIVATE, PEACEFUL CLOSE TO WORLD CLASS HIKING, BIKING, GOLF, TENNIS, FESTIVALS AND MUCH MORE. 10,000 sq ft lot is gated and pet friendly. Located in the Upper La Quinta Cove and is just minutes from Old Town La Quinta where you will find boutique shopping, as well as casual and fine dining options. Situated on a double lot, there is plenty of patio and entertaining space. The main house has 3 patios and the guest house has large patio over looking pool. Lawn for bocce ball, and horseshoe pit. Sunsets are amazing, Bbq large to accommodate lots of grilling. Main house is bright, open and eclectic. Property is great for entertaining. The great room is completed by an TV, fireplace and mosaic lit bar.

Coachella Weekend 1

This property was amazing and Lisa is an awesome host. She made sure that we were set up even though we were late to check in due to traffic and made everything a seamless experience. She was also extremely accommodating to some last minute changes that we had. The property itself is really nice as well and close enough to the grounds to make the drive in and home short. Would definitely stay here again!

Hello, I am a native San Diegan, graduated from San Diego State University and like many others I started coming to the desert with my family on vacation . I fell in love with the feeling I get there and the mountains that are alluring changing colors throughout the day. Also, the weather is fabulous 10 months out of the year. People are friendly and happy. Super chill area or super exercise playground area.

Why they chose this property

This property choice was simple because its a couple of blocks from world class hiking, biking, walking path and is in an area referred to as The Upper Cove. The most fabulous desert mountains hug this area. Also, no HOA's ...Yeah. Also, this is a star gazing area, so there are no street lights. On a full moon the mountains look like they are sprinkled in white magic dust. The moon hits them just right and illuminates the mountains granite.
