Gorgeous large villa with 4 bedroom, 6 bath villa that has been recently updated.
Luxurious and sophisticated residence in an exclusive, gated beachfront community between Sosua and Cabarete. This home is approached through gates to a wide driveway wrapping around a central green area and then on toward the garage. The Villa has two guest wings and extensive indoor and outdoor living areas. It boasts one of the largest swimming pools in Sea Horse Ranch.
The beautiful interior with its garden vistas creates a serene and rejuvenating living experience scarcely found elsewhere in the world.
The four lovely bedrooms have been created with excellent taste. Light-colored, natural materials have been used for all furniture and linens, giving a relaxed timeless and spacious feel. Fine views of the lush, tropical gardens enhance this. All bedrooms feature en-suite spa white bathrooms, good-sized dressing areas and a place to sit, relax, watch TV or read a good book, when a temporary retreat from the sun is needed.
The large living area opens up to a covered terrace and a large swimming pool that is surrounded by tropical gardens and protective trees. The high ceiling and multiple fans, as well as an indoor garden feature the living room with a fresh atmosphere. The fully equipped and modern kitchen is open towards the dining area and therefore perfect to host guests.
Situated on the prestigious gated enclave which offers Beach Club, Equestrian Centre and Tennis Club, this house is most certainly one of the finest there is on the market. Kitchen must be left clean and organized on Check-Out Day. Trash must go outside in main bins by parking.
