Wonderful house

The pictures do not do this justice. Wonderful location huge rooms and loads of facilities including a great kitchen-we were 8 friends on a cycling trip and could have easily had another 5 with room to spare . No faults- really really good!

Jausiers Family Reunion

Places exceeded our expectations in every way. Was nicer and bigger than the pics showed on the listing. The people who manage this house are easy to communicate with and respond in a timely manner. We will definitely be using this house for future family occasions. Note, we slept 22-23 people with ease. Paul

Ho soggiornato in questa sontuosa villa con 13 amici ciclisti nei giorni del passaggio del Tour de France; dalla descrizione e dall’annuncio mi aspettavo molto, ma tutto è andato oltre le previsioni. Sito meraviglioso e pieno di storia, assistenza e servizio impeccabili (Jean Claude una sicurezza), posizione ciclisticamente perfetta. Unica pecca: siamo rimasti troppo poco. Grazie

Prachtige woning

We genoten met een groep vrienden en kinderen van een zalig verblijf in de zeer ruime en goed uitgeruste woning. Basis netheid was goed (bv. badkamers), maar er zijn veel hoekjes in het huis die moeilijk proper te houden zijn. De omgeving is fantastisch, er is veel te doen.

Wunderschöne Motorradtour in den Grand Alps

Super Lage, super Anwesen und unfassbar schöner Garten mit Mammutbäumen - PERFEKT!!! Tolles Haus für große Gruppen oder viele Personen. Jean-Marc ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber gewesen, vielen Dank nochmal.

Het is een geweldig huis voor grote groepen op een toplocatie.

Wij hebben met ruim 20 personen een topweek gehad in dit mooie huis. Alle benodigde spullen zijn ruim aanwezig. Prima ontvangst. Oké dan toch een klein minpuntje.. geen WiFi maar als dat het ergste is.. Dus een absolute aanrader

Fantastic spot for classic Alpine Cycling

We stayed at this Grand maison with a group of 13 of us, the pictures don't do this place justice. It has been immaculately restored and the kitchens and bathrooms are of a very high standard. It has a number of small apartments and a large area for everyone downstairs. We used it as a venue for some of the fantastic local alpine cycling and it is well set up for such an event. While there isn't a swimming pool, the local stream is only a short walk away and a fantastic spot to cool down after a hot day on the mountains! I would recommend this property and look forward to staying here again when it is time to ride the bonette again!

Fantastic base for classic Alpine Cycling

A group of 13 of us stayed at the Grande maison in July 2015. We were using the chateau as a base for road cycling in the local area. The property has been immaculately restored inside and it was a pleasure to stay here. All of the kitchens are well equipped with modern utilities etc. We relied on the main kitchen and dining room which are set up for groups of 20 or so. Beds and showers etc were all comfy with plenty of hot water for showers etc. The location is fantastic, approx 3hrs N of Nice airport in the summer (over the Bonette) and you are then well placed for some spectacular alpine cycling over some classic tour de france routes. I would absolutely recommend this place to other users for either cycling, group breaks, walking in the alps. The only potential benefit would be a swimming pool but the stream which is a 5 min walk away was a refreshing way to cool down!!
