Air-conditioned apartment completely renovated in 2012, located between Calvi and Ile Rousse 300m from a pretty white sand beach and 500m from a marina with shops (grocery store, bakery, butcher, cafe, hairdresser, press house, restaurant ...) as well as a pleasant marina. The apartment is part of a residence of only 3 apartments. A 10m by 6m swimming pool is for the exclusive use of residents. The apartment is located at the end of a dead end and is perched on top of a promontory. Exceptional view from the terrace located due east where you can admire the sunrise and enjoy the shade in the hottest hours. From the swimming pool you can enjoy the sunset in front of a very fresh Corsican rosé!
Located between sea and mountain, Sant Ambroggio allows you to enjoy all the maritime and nautical activities but also to soak up all the authenticity of the small villages that you will cross as well as the scents of the maquis during your hikes or visits. You can also benefit from swimming in the fresh waters of streams (Fango 30 kms) or during your walks in the Bonifato forest (15 kms).
Without forgetting the picturesque 'little train' (stop at 200m) which will take you to Calvi or Ile Rousse and which will allow you to discover part of the Balagne coasts along them.
You will find a supermarket at the entrance of Ile Rousse and 2 others in Calvi. Internet connection provided.

Perfektes Appartement, fast wie eine Villa!

Wir haben unsere Familienferien in dieser tollen Wohnung sehr genossen: - geräumig, gepflegt, geschmackvoll und cozy eingerichtet, macht auch Regentage zum Genuss - perfekt und voll ausgestattete Küche inkl. Traum-Familien-Urlaub

Wir waren zum allerersten Mal mit unserer 6-köpfigen Familie im Ausland auf Reisen und dementsprechend aufgeregt, ob auch alles wie geplant klappen würde... Unsere Sorgen waren jedoch völlig unbegründet: Wir waren überglücklich mit unserem gewählten Ferienhaus! Es hat sich gelohnt, etwas tiefer in die Tasche zu greifen: das Haus entspricht total den schönen Fotos. Alles ist sauber, gepflegt und ordentlich, die Aussicht von der riesigen beschatteten Terrasse wunderbar: auf der einen Seite in die Berge und das gepflegte und sehr ruhige Quartier, auf der anderen Seite zum Meer hin. Für uns zum Glück kein Problem: eine sehr steile Zufahrt und allgemein viele holprige Strassen und tiefe Wasserablaufrinnen- nichts für sportlich tiefer gelegte Autos! Zu Fuss erreicht man den Strand bequem in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Den Pool hatten wir die ganze Woche über nur für uns. Hier wäre ein Schattenspender noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem i. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige in der Nähe. Der Vermieter Jacques wohnt nebenan und ist bei jedem Problem rasch zur Stelle. Er hat sich wunderbar und prompt um unsere Fragen und Anliegen gekümmert und uns einige wertvolle Geheimtipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants usw. gegeben. Wir haben eine unvergessliche Woche verbracht! Absolut empfehlenswert- TOPP!

Wundervolle großzügige Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Ferienwohnung ist super, großzügig, gut ausgestattet, mit toller Terassse. Ein Traum, ist die Aussicht über Lumio. Die Besitzer sind wundervolle und sehr freundliche, exzellente Gastgeber. Alle Fragen werden umgehend beantwortet. Für jede Herausforderung wird eine Lösung gefunden. Jacquez ist sogar so freundlich gewesen und hat einen Teil meiner Familie vom Flughafen geholt. In allen Zimmern wurde mit Liebe und Herz eingerichtet, es gibt kaum etwas was fehlt. Die Technik funktioniert ausnahmslos. Der Pool ist eine herrliche Erfrischung. Es gibt eigentlich nichts an was es fehlt, einzig ist der Ort. Es etwas wenig los und man kann kaum am Abend auf einen Cocktail gehen. Dazu muss man in das 20min benachbarte Calvi, mit dem Zug wäre das super zu erreichen, der aber tlw. ab 18 Uhr nicht zurück fährt. Das muss man wissen, wer Abend zum Abendessen oder den Spaziergang an der Promenade sucht, muss Umstände in Kauf nehmen. Als Familie mit Kindern, ist es jedoch perfekt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders die Dachterasse mit Sonnendach lädt zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Ganz herzlichen Dank an Jacquez und Isabel!!!

Großartige Wohnung mit wunderbarer Terrasse

Die Lage der Wohnung ist prima für Strandbesuche sowie Ausflüge im Nordwesten. Der Pool ist großartig und die Terrasse für heiße Sommertage perfekt. Die Wohnung ist super mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.

Berge und Meer

Wir hatten eine grandiose Woche bei Jacques und Isabelle. Das Haus ist absolut toll. Gerne haben wir es uns auf der Terrasse gemütlich gemacht oder im Pool geschwommen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Über den leckeren Geschenkkorb haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Den Ausblick auf die Berge und das Meer von der Terrasse aus haben wir sehr genossen. Wie kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit tollen Ausblick von der Terasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Der Zug der einmal in der Stunde vorbei fährt stört nicht. Die Vermieter wohnen 2 Häuser weiter und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Bucht war es sehr ruhig, es war allerdings auch ausserhalb der Ferienzeit. Wenn man etwas mehr Trubel haben möchte kann man nach Calvi oder Il Rousse fahren. Beides ca. 15min entfernt. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten

Tout était parfait

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine chez Jacques et Isabelle. L’appartement est idéalement placé pour accéder facilement à de superbes plages, extrêmement bien équipé, propre et confortable. Superbe sejour

Appartement superbe, vue magnifique, emplacement ideale, propriétaires sympathiques et à l'écoute en cas de soucis. Séjour très agréable en famille, au calme même si le petit train Corse passe à proximité. Nous avons profité de la piscine comme de la mer (7 min à pied).

Parfait pour un séjour en famille

Louez sans hésiter

Appartement idéal. Nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants tout était parfait (table langer, lit parapluie, chaise haute, air climatisée, 2 salles de bain complètes avec bain et douche) très propre et moderne. La vue est magnifique et la terrasse plus qu’agréable. Cuisine avec tout l’équipement et grand salon. La piscine est très grande et belle. Quelques commerces et petite plage accessibles à pied. Magnifiques plages et restaurants tout près en voiture. Jacques et son fils sont très gentil rapides et disponibles. Merci encore pour le sublime panier de produits lors de l’arrivée. Nous recommandons et voulons déjà retourner.

Formidable

Très bel appartement avec une grande terrasse agréable et une cuisine moderne bien équipée. Bien situé dans un quartier calme. La piscine est aussi un atout supplémentaire. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à la découverte de cette magnifique région. Jacques et Isabelle sont des hôtes charmants et très arrangeants. Un panier bien garni de produits régionaux nous attendait en cadeau de bienvenue. C’est vraiment une location top que nous recommandons sans hésitation!

Familienurlaub mit Pool, Meer und Bergen

Trotz Ankunft um 2 Uhr nachts wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Großzügige Terasse, schöner Pool mit Liegen. Wege zu den tollen Stränden der Balagne per Auto 5-20 Min. Auch der Strand am Ort ist zum Relaxen nach einem Wandertag gut geeignet. Jacques und Isabelle waren jederzeit für unsere Anliegen erreichbar! Vielen Dank dafür!

un excellent séjour

Nous avions lu les commentaires élogieux pour la maison de Isabelle et Jacques et nous avons nous aussi été enchantés par notre séjour. La maison est super bien équipée, décorée avec goût, une terrasse très très agréable avec vue mer et montagne, la piscine très sympa. La maison est aussi idéalement placée avec une,jolie plage à quelques minutes à pied. Jacques et Isabelle sont bienveillants et accueillants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. pour info: séjour 4 adultes et 4 enfants de 9 à 14 ans

Appartement indépendant- Marine de Sant'Ambroggio

Appartement impeccable, décoré avec soin et équipements haut de gamme. La terrasse en hauteur avec vue sur la mer et les montagnes était notre principale pièce de vie. Le rendu réel dépasse les photos du site. Nous avons aussi apprécié la situation calme mais centrale pour visiter la Balagne et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Noch schöner als es die Fotos erahnen lassen

Die Wohnung ist super gepflegt, es gibt sehr viele liebevolle Details, die Küche ist sehr hochwertig und großzügig ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls sehr großzügig (mit jeweils eigenem Bad) und bestens ausgestattet. Die Terrasse vor der Tür und der Pool direkt hinter der Tür sind traumhaft schön. Das Gastgeschenk mit korsischen Spezialitäten war toll und sehr lecker.

Agréable séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille (2 couples et 3 enfants) dans cette appartement. Très confortable, fonctionnel, décoré avec gout, rien ne manque, c’était parfait. Également bien situé en Île Rousse et Calvi. C’est un plaisir de louer avec des prestations soignées comme celles proposées. Nous reviendrons très certainement et nous ne manquerons pas de la recommander.

Séjour exceptionnel dans une maison très agréable

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette maison qui offre une vue incroyable entre montagne et mer, un accès piscine idéalement sécurisé pour les enfants et un espace de vie et des chambres très agréables. Un appartement plein de charme avec une vue sublime de la terrasse mer et montagne

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce vaste appartement joliment décoré, spacieux , climatisé et très bien équipé. La grande piscine partagée avec deux autres logements permet de se rafraîchir et sa taille permet de nager aisément. Une très bonne adresse à retenir.

Des vacances de rêve

Toute notre famille s’est retrouvée dans cet appartement mi juillet 2018. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise en découvrant un endroit spacieux, décoré avec gout, d’une propreté irréprochable. Et qui plus est très fonctionnel, que ce soit dans la cuisine, les salles de bains : rien ne manque. La chambre des enfants a son lecteur de dvd et …les dvd. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la baie. Tout est là pour se prélasser et y manger (cool la plancha). Les enfants ont passés des heures dans la piscine. Tout simplement : un endroit à recommander. PS. Amis plongeurs, le club de plongée Diving Calvi situé sur la plage de la Pinède à Calvi est très sympa.
