This fully self-contained country cottage is in the heart of the Daytona Beach Area. Only a short distance from the Beach, Speedway, shops and restaurants. This home has a beautiful peaceful private setting, a perfect place for friends and family. Ideal for groups attending the many local events that Daytona beach area offers.15 mins to the beach, 4 mins to shops, 12 mins to the speedway. We would love you to enjoy your stay with us. The cottage is 4 bedrioms/ 3 half baths/ 2 full bath and part of a large 11- acre Estate, which includes the main house and property managers accommodation.

Great Stay

We had a group of 4 stay for 4 days for our annual golf trip. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of space and everyone had their own room. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Amazing house!

This house looked great online and was even better in person! Large rooms, well stocked. Smooth communication. Perfect location for our trip. I’ve never had a better short term rental. We will definitely stay here again!

Peaceful old Florida property

This property is absolutely beautiful ! It had everything we needed for a long family weekend getaway. The grounds are peaceful and relaxing. The owner and manager very friendly. We had everything we needed for our stay. My only concern was it is shared with other homes and there is no signage saying not to walk around the other property so we were made to feel like the lower class when a few in our group went for a walk on the grounds. The renters of the Big House complained and the manager came over to talk to the men who were out walking the grounds. Great place to stay but make sure you stay on the cottage side of the property

Great Home Away From Home

This property was absolutely perfect for our group. Plenty of space for our vehicle, motorcycles, and trailer. The location is also great - close to all the necessities, while being secluded and private. Would recommend this property to anybody thinking of going to the Ormond Beach area.

Loved the privacy, the location was great.

The only thing I would have changed was the best were full size and queens would have been much better for our group. We really enjoyed talking with the property manager, he was a super nice guy. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful accommodations!

I stayed with 4 coworkers for 3 weeks while we were running a program in Daytona Beach. It was perfect for us. We all had our own 1/2 baths and plenty of space. The grounds were beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the towels were thick and the kitchen was well stocked. It was very comfortable.

Quiet and peaceful!

We have stayed at this house before and knew it was going to be perfect! It is in a quiet area with lots of trees so my daily walks were amazing. The house has everything needed.

Wonderful vacation stay!

My family and I absolutely loved this cottage. We came down for my daughter’s gymnastics National competition and it was the absolute perfect place to stay! It was extremely clean, odor free, and very spacious! We had everything we needed and never had to contact the owner once. My husband spoke with the grounds manager one morning after seeing him outside and he was so nice, informative, and had nothing but good things to say. If we’re ever in the area again and this cottage is available we will most definitely be staying here again!

Cousins reunion

What a beautiful property. Comfortable and quiet. Every morning we some wildlife from birds to deer and turkeys roaming around. Close to the beach and events we wanted to attend. To just hanging out and catching up. Will definitely be back if in the area again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful property!

What a perfect place! The house was so clean, well maintained and so well stocked! Greg was great. We were in Ormond from Nashville, TN for a destination wedding for my son. Caring, considerate accommodation

Our family came to celebrate the ERAU graduation of our son and his girlfriend, and this place was perfect. All family members were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked. Greg, our host, was extremly helpful, allowing us to borrow tables and chairs, and even jumping in to help change our son's car battery. A sweet little bonus was the cute, very friendly little cat who visited us each day. If you're looking for a peaceful place, for whatever reason, to stay with family, this is the place.

Gorgeous property, loved having our own bedrooms/half baths

Ian is a wonderful, friendly caretaker, we loved knowing he was there in case we needed something. The property is so pretty and feels secluded but is so close to everything we needed. We each had our own bedroom with in suite powder bath which was perfect. And the great room is incredibly spacious.

Amazing hide-a-way!

Our experience was wonderful. The cabin is well taken care of and is stocked with everything you need! All appliances work well, and we had no problems with our 5-day stay. Ian was very welcoming and cordial, and was readily available if we needed anything. The grounds are beautiful and the cabin is in an out-of-the-way but convenient location. This is great for anyone who doesn’t want to deal with the beach traffic or chaos. About a 12-minute drive to beach, but straight shot. All conveniences located within a 1-2 minute radius! We would definitely pick this location again in the future!!!!!
