Lovely stay in Agde!

Beautiful rustic property situated in a brilliant location in the south of France. The house is perfect for a large group and has all the amenities you need at the house or closeby. The beach and restaurants are only a 20minute walkaway, and there is a lovely local restaurant just over the road. The house has a large drive for multiple cars if needed. We had a newborn baby with us and everything was totally manageable and provided for. The owner was very communicative, as was Grant, who helps manage the property. The only quarm I would have is that the linen and towels would benefit from being updated, but that is only a small suggestion. There is also a wonderful bakery about a five minute cycle ride away, which was perfect for morning coffee and croissants! All in all, a lovely stay and we hope to come back in the future 😊

Ancienne demeure accueillante

Cette ancienne demeure vous accueille confortablement avec ses 6 chambres, airco. et salles de bain. Il y a beaucoup de places pour se garer et on trouve des magasins, boulangeries et restaurants dans les environs. Cette année pas beaucoup de soleil avant notre arrivée donc la piscine qui n'est pas chauffée était vraiment trop froide ! Petites suggestions : -Bien vérifier l'électricité et éclairage extérieur (merci à Grant pour sa réactivité). -Donner un ''petit coup de jeune'' à la cuisine et a ses ustensiles. -Et surtout changer la photo d'entrée et l'inscription sur la barrière, cela ne fait pas bonne impression.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Grau d‘Agde

Wir waren 10 Nächte hier. Das Haus ist für große Gruppen super geeignet, da jeder ein eigenes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad hat. Die Küche bietet alles was man für so viele Leute braucht (genug Geschirr, zwei große Kühlschränke etc). Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden. Der Pool ist schön groß, Sitzmöglichkeiten innen und außen ausreichend vorhanden. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, alles auf abgeschlossenem Grundstück. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäcker etc.) in 5 Auto-Minuten sehr gut erreichbar. Alles in allem: Top!

Les petits mouchoirs

Maison très agréable à vivre, très spacieuse. Toutes les pièces sont spacieuses.La cuisine offre de beaux espaces de travail. Petit bémol, le manque de gros plats afin de pouvoir cuisiner pour 12 personnes. Sinon je recommande sans hésitation ce logement.

Très belle demeure

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille,enfants,petits enfants.Nous avons apprécié les 6 chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain , les repas cuisinés sur la plancha, prendre les repas à l’extérieur. Nous baigner dans la piscine à l’ombre des pins . L’hôte que j’ai eu au téléphone super sympa. Je recommande cette villa.

Un havre de paix

Très belle demeure de 1840 Hyper spacieuse pour 11 personnes Beaucoup de cachet et tout le confort. Le parc est tellement agréable avec ces grands arbres centenaires et la piscine parfaite Nous reviendrons !!!!!

15 jours inoubliables dans une magnifique résidence

Résidence conforme à la description et encore mieux que sur les photos, grande piscine très bien entretenue tous les 3 jours, très grand parking, possibilité de trouver de l ombre à n importe quel heure de la journée grâce aux nombreux arbres se trouvant dans le park , proximité de la plage et des grandes surfaces, dans la villa il ne manquait rien , nous étions 13 et il y avait tout en suffisance. DES VACANCES PARFAITES A CONSEILLER

Exceptional Family Vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay in this historic site. We walked daily to the beach and enjoyed the little town of Le Grau de Agde. Strolling the canal and beaches were beautiful. Very relaxing, private location. Plenty of parking, wifi worked great and appreciated the air conditioning on the sleeping floors.

Très belle et grande propriété

Magnifique propriété avec un très beau parc, piscine et espace de cuisine extérieure. L'équipement est complet et les chambres sont grandes avec toilettes et douches pour chacune. Le mur de clôture et le portail électrique assure une tranquillité.

Bel endroit pour des vacances en famille !

Propriété avec beaucoup de charme , confortable et spacieuse . Bien équipée mais Il manque une climatisation dans les chambres lors des grosses chaleurs de l’été . Alors que la climatisation était annoncée dans le descriptif .

Vakantie met 4 families

Het huis en zwembad zijn erg knap! Het is een historisch pand waar nog elementen van zichtbaar zijn. Pluspunten, dichtbij zee maar wel iets te ver voor kinderen tot 8 jaar. Grote nette kamers met degelijke bedden. Goed werkende douches en toiletten. Mooi en leuk zwembad, wel overal 1m50 diep. Winkels, restaurant en pleintje vlakbij! Minpunten, de keuken is veel te klein en slecht uitgerust, toch zeker voor 15 personen. Airco werkt bijna niet, geeft nog minder verkoeling dan een ventilator waardoor de kamers snachts veel te warm zijn. Erg drukke buurt met veel verkeer. Maar toch een fijne vakantie gehad.

Très belle demeure. Équipement vieillissant

Très belle demeure confortable. Beaucoup de charme. Grands espaces et grandes chambres. Très bien équipée mais équipement et électricité un peu vieillissants. Jardin très agréable et très bien équipé (transacts, parasol, plancha, barbecue etc). Stationnement pour plusieurs grandes voitures.

France in a heatwave

We stayed here for 2 weeks during the heatwave end of June 2019. The property is in a good location with good restaurants over the road and a short pleasant walk down to the seafront. The outdoor facilities such as the pool and BBQ are excellent . Plenty of car parking space. We had a few minor problems with electrics and hot water but Vincent the owner and Raymond the handyman were very helpful. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it

super sejoue

Villa magnifique avec un super jardin. place de parc privatives. Nous avons passer un super moment avec 8 adultes et 7 enfants (maximum je pense). le chambres sont très spacieuses et la piscine est super ( les enfants ont adoré) proche de la mer (environ 15 minutes a pied). petit resto a côté qui fait des bonnes pizza a emporter. merci
