Enjoy a quiet beach getaway at Beachside Blessing on Dauphin Island. Visit our 3 bedroom, 3-bath classic beach house on the Gulf side of Dauphin Island's west end. Relax and enjoy the gulf breeze from the porch, enjoy a cold drink on the covered outdoor eating area or take a short walk to the beach to soak up the sun.

Beachside Blessing includes two bedrooms with king-sized beds and one bedroom with two queen-sized beds. It's the perfect setup for two families with children! The 3 bathrooms include a garden tub and two walk-in showers.

The living room and all 3 bedrooms have flatscreen TV’s. There is cable television and streaming in the living room. Two of the bedrooms have smart tv’s for streaming and one bedroom has cable. The home also has free high speed internet.

Located adjacent to the walking/biking trail and centrally located, Beachside Blessing provides you with easy access to all that Dauphin Island has to offer. Don’t miss visiting historic Fort Gains and the Audubon Bird Sanctuary where you move through maritime forest, marsh and dune habitat. The Island is also home to the Alabama Aquarium and Sea Lab that explores the animal, plant and marine life of coastal Alabama. Plan ahead and rent a boat or kayak, charter a fishing trip or simply lay on the beach and watch the ghost crabs. What more can you possibly need.

Wonderful place to gather with family

We had family from Mobile stay with us and others who visited. It was a gathering to celebrate the life of a nephew who passed away, The beds were very comfortable as was as the furniture inside and outside. Having the gated deck was a plus for our two small dogs. The kitchen was very well appointed. The owners were gracious. The access to the beach is the only drawback. The beach access marked was overgrown and filled with sandspurs. There was no clear path marked. Access at the street was "forbidden," but we used that anyway. If Dauphin Island wants to be a tourist friendly community, they must install some paths for beach access. The public areas are great, but parking is limited. For a restful vacation, this home is excellent. For beach access, it is not desirable.

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was very clean, really convenient to have 3 bathrooms, comfy beds. The only negative was that the beach access is a bit of a walk and not well defined. There are really unfriendly local neighbors who stalked the beach access. Regardless, we always have a wonderful time at DI. It’s the best place to stay for a laid back vacation.

Nice house

Very nice house and neighborhood. Host was nice. Our only complaint was we thought that the house was on the beach where you could sit on the porch and see the ocean. You couldn’t see the beach from the house but it was just a couple minutes walk.

Beach vacation

Beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay, the house was well stocked with toiletries, paper Products and cleaning supplies and was a close walk to the beach. Beds were also very comfortable.

Beach vacation

We had an amazing time! This house was a short walk right onto the beach. The house was a beautiful perfect place to stay. The rooms had their own bathrooms and it made the stay so much easier with how many people we had. The shower outside to rinse the sand off was the perfect touch! We will most definitely stay here again.

Convenient, comfrotable, pet friendly, and well stocked rental

The property was well maintained and well stocked in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable, usually an issue for me in most rentals. Quick walk to the beach, maybe 4 houses down. Just a few minutes drive to good eats and fun activities. Will definitely stay here again!
