We offer you the ORCHIDEE accommodation, beautiful 75m2 F2 (including 30 m2 of private covered terrace), located on the first floor of our villa for your holidays in Sainte-Anne in Guadeloupe.
The villa is located in a dead end, in a quiet and pleasant area.
Nearby (on foot): bakery, grocery store and mini-market, pharmacy, doctor, post office, ATM ...
By car, you are 5 minutes from beautiful white sand beaches, 5 minutes from the village of Sainte Anne, 10 minutes from Le Moule and 15 minutes from Saint-François.
A parking space is available in the fully fenced garden (electric gate).
The Orchid accommodation is completely independent and has a private entrance via an external staircase.
All the rooms open onto a large, pleasantly ventilated covered terrace. View of the garden with trees and flowers.
You will find on the terrace:
- a dining area (1 table + 4 teak chairs + cushions),
- an aperitif corner (1 sofa + 2 armchairs + cushions + coffee table),
- a sitting area (2 teak sunbeds + cushions).
The bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable 200 x 200 double bed (Dunlopillo mattress and box spring), it is air conditioned and equipped with a large dressing room where you can easily store all your belongings.
There is a sofa convertible into a double bed for a second bed in the living room (comfortable bultex bedding).
Right next to the bedroom, you will have a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, thermostatic tap ...
The kitchen is fully equipped and leads directly onto the terrace. You will therefore have the choice of eating inside or outside.
