This modern and beautiful ranch house has 4 bedrooms with 7 beds, 3 full bathrooms, a game room with a pool table/ping pong table, two futons and a TV. The living room is a cozy space with an additional TV. This home was newly remodeled in 2018. The outdoor deck is huge with a connected seating area in the inner part. Plenty of parking in the front!

This home is located 4 miles from North Carolina State University. Perfect for a couple families and/or friends to relax/spend time and hang out in after visiting the beautiful campus or downtown Raleigh. It's also suitable for holding small events! It is lovely, spacious, and modern.

With a white tall fence around it, it certainly pops out from the other homes in the neighborhood. You will see a bright turquoise door as you pull up in front of it--making it easier to spot!

You can take advantage of the game room and dining area! The two 6 seater dining tables can expand easily from both sides--allowing for an even larger table. Perfect for larger groups of people/families. Perfect for a grand dinner. The game room has two comfortable futons, a convertable pool/ping pong table and a TV with Netflix/Roku access.

Our house is conveniently located close to NCSU and downtown Raleigh: home to a myriad of activities and casual to elegant dining. You can visit the nearby museums: NC museum of Art (14 minute drive) or the NC museum of Natural Sciences (12 minute drive). These are just two of my favorites out of the many.

We include all bed linen, towels, shampoo and hand soap.

Weekend getaway
This house was fantastic. We had 4 couples meeting in raleigh for my husband’s retirement party. There was more than enough space for us And we enjoyed having the pool/ping pong table and outdoor space to hangout. The house was clean and comfortable and required amenities were provided. We would recommend this property for anyone looking for a group outing or getaway. Short drive to downtown raleigh, as well

So the house was great, plenty big enough for our group. The location of the neighbor was a short drive to all of our reservations in Raleigh. The house looks like a re-build or a re-model compared to the rest of the neighborhood. Our stay was great and everything worked out perfectly.

This house is a hidden gem. From the outside, the neighborhood doesn't seem to have much to offer. However, once you get inside, it is truly amazing.

Stayed here with my family for NC State Graduation and the house worked perfectly. It was all on one floor which made it so very convenient for everyone who traveled with us. The home is beautiful and spacious and could easily accommodate 14 people. Would definitely consider this house again!!

Spotless, very comfortable rental with everything you need.
My family greatly appreciated this beautifully furnished and spacious rental during our stay in Raleigh to attend a funeral. We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm after driving 10 hours and were so relieved to find the house perfectly prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. So much better than a hotel!

A Beautiful Raleigh House
I spent 4 days at the house for a business trip. I was with 3 other guests and the house was massive. That suited me fine since I was staying with coworkers and liked my space! This house can easily accommodate 14 guests although there are only three bathrooms. Everything is brand new, clean and the house was well stocked with essentials. It looks exactly like the pictures. The owner was very attentive, answering all my messages within minutes. The location is very residential and you’ll need a car or Uber to get anywhere. I would definitely rent again on my next trip to Raleigh!

Very clean & spacious - Great kitchen & living room
Don’t be scared off by the rural neighborhood. When you walk in, you will realize this is a great property. We had 8 adults and children stay very comfortably in the rooms. There was another bed for at least 11 people in beds. There were several couches if you needed more for guests. It is all new. Very clean. Wide open kitchen perfect for lots of kids and adults eating at various times. Two very nice televisions. Property is so long you can house kids in the back and adults in front easily. There is a pool table and ping pong table. We had a lot of family coming in and out of town for a funeral. Close enough for multiple airport runs. Cannot recommend it enough. It is quite a rural area and our kids kept going out for all of the wildlife including a pack of wild dogs, frogs and several cats. That may not be for everyone, but the house is large enough to comfortably keep everyone inside. Highly recommended for large groups.
