Introducing Venice-Eden Lagoon House, a remodeled and decorated private home in South Venice, Florida.

Venice-Eden is spacious and comfortable with a split floor plan that offers privacy, two bedrooms with queen beds, a large living room, a Florida room with two futons, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple dining options, and a two gar garage with washer and dryer.

You will LOVE your private salt water pool and spa – a true oasis surrounded by lush tropical foliage, palm trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus, and fruit trees (lemon, tangelo, and mango); all landscaped for maximum privacy.

The outdoor spaces which include a pergola with fans, two concrete tables and benches, several Adirondack chairs, pool side chairs and loungers, a fire pit, and a hammock are maintained by mosquito nix – a safe and automatic spray system that keeps the bugs away night and day! There is also an outdoor grill and bar area with working wine cooler. which is lighted for evening cooking.

If this is not enough, five beautiful beaches are only a short distance away including the beach and fishing pier at Sharkey’s (2 miles), Manasota Beach (2 miles), and the famed Venice Beach (3 miles) – known as the shark tooth capital of the world. Grab you shark hunting basket from the garage and get to work hunting for Megalodon sharks teeth (FYI - Megalodon means “big teeth”). We have beach chairs and a beach umbrella as well as kiddie toys for all the great beaches in Venice!

Down the road from Venice Beach is historic downtown Venice with miles of boutique shopping and gourmet restaurants. There are also many golf courses in and around Venice.

Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with large TV’s and access to Comcast Cable and Netflix. Free high speed internet access is also included. Property managers are a simple phone call away for anything additional you may need.

Lovely Property in South Venice

We had a great Christmas stay at this property in South Venice, visiting my parents for the holidays. Everything we needed to cook for a Christmas meal was there. The beds were comfortable, and linens and towels were plentiful. The pool and yard were exactly as pictured, and we loved spending time there after a day with family. It was an easy drive to Shamrock Park, where we went for walks and okayed tennis (with our own racquets).The only cons to this place, and these are very minor, are the clutter (so many beautiful items decorating every room, but it was a bit much for us), and a few things needing update- the bikes, the sound system (amazing speakers in the yard but no way to use Bluetooth that I could figure out), and the coffee pot. None of this interfered with our stay though, and we enjoyed every minute of it. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The tropical backyard was so peaceful, along with having a private pool and hot tub to relax in. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area.

Perfect little oasis

Place didn't disappoint. Description was right on point. Loved the salt water pool. The pool was a good size for 4 adults. The bedrooms on each side of the house provided privacy. Will be going backagain.

Relaxing

Very nice property. Hard to believe that you're in the city. Yard is like a park setting. Wish it would have been cooler during our stay so we could have spent more time outside and enjoyed it more. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Great place! Can't wait to return!

My family and I just returned from a weeklong stay at this property. I can't say enough good things about it! The house and grounds were very well kept and had everything that one could need for a great vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, extra linens were provided, and there were plenty of beach towels, chairs, shark tooth sifters, etc. My kids loved the outdoor area and spent hours each day enjoying the beautiful pool area. The house is less than 10 minutes away from Caspersen and Venice beaches and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. When we start planning our vacation next year, this will be the first property I look for!

Art house with private oasis

We absolutely loved it! Very relaxing and quite. Pool, spa wonderful. Tropical garden was perfect it was like a textured painting. Lots of butterfies. House was relaxing and fun things to look at. We would love to come vacation again. Thank you for sharing your home.

Backyard Bliss

I can’t say enough good things about this property, but the backyard pool area… Amazing! Just like the pictures y’all, and more. The pool itself is breathtaking. So much attention to detail, like the stingrays at the bottom of the pool, the little star fish on the swim up bar stools, and the hot tub thats spilling over into the pool…and the lights at night,… beautiful! Then there’s the landscape beyond the pool! Make sure you don’t miss that. The first morning we got our coffee and wondered around the yard admiring all the beautiful flowers and tress. In the very back, handing in a tree is a huge Staghorn fern, I’ve never seen one so big! Also beautiful Plumeria tress and hibiscus. I could go on and on, but I’ll move to the inside. So cute, artsy and fun! I loved the fun colorful decor. This home has lots of personality that fit ours perfectly. Beds were comfy and it was easy to check in. This home is in a good neighborhood as well. We even meet one of the neighbors, who was very nice. We enjoyed our stay, we would definitely recommend this home and would book it again in a heartbeat!

Couldn’t ask for a better stay. You don’t even have to leave the backyard! Margo was very helpful with all questions we had also. Close to everything. If the city votes the Ferry can be used by guests again, this is a 6 star.

Paradise Found!

We loved our stay at this home and especially enjoyed the pool and spa. The lush tropical backyard pool allowed us to spend quality fun time together. We grilled one night and ate outside. We did have a glitch with the spa and the host was very responsive and had a technician come and fix it promptly. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was very clean and everything worked out wonderfully well for us! It truly is 5 o’clock somewhere!!!

Relaxing Paradise

We loved the layout of the home and the way it opened up to the Florida room made it feel very spacious. The real gem to this property is the backyard. In addition to the awesome pool and spa, we used the covered grilling and bar area a lot. The back yard was huge, landscaped beautifully and was very private. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

Great stay

This house was perfect for our week long stay for my daughters equestrian competition at Fox Lea Farms. The house was very clean, the backyard and pool area is beautiful but we were unable to use them due to our schedule and the weather. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Christmas Break

We went for Christmas Break and everything was perfect. They even supplied a Christmas tree for us to put up. They had ample kitchen utensils and pans to make whatever you wanted. Great location!

Love the Pool

2nd time we've stayed here, trying to convince my Husband to go with me next year. Could go here and stay the entire time in the backyard at the pool. Backyard, all the add-on's, 2 full bathrooms, located not far from the main road and interstate, enough stuff to do close by/in the area. Easy to connect with owner, love that it's an individual owner and not some corporation managing it. Very pleased
