We had a good 2 days then a notice was put on our door: "Stay off your balcony"! Seriously, the owner didn't think to tell their guest? We could have stayed some where not on the beach and got the same amenities with the balcony and pool being closed for a lot less money. Our mother, 80 years old, just lost her husband wanting to relax on the balcony and now can't. Now for the daily 8am intercom announcement of "stay off your balcony, pool will not be open, you need to use public access to the beach". So the grandkids you brought aren't going to enjoy the pool like they were promised either! So we reach out by email, as we were asked!, but no response. For three days we emailed, no response! We still have not received a response. Wait, we did get a "how was your stay?" email. As much as we paid, there should be a very nice credit coming our way. We did our part, booked, paid on time, and left the place how we found it, now you do your part. Only businesses that treat their customers well succeed nowadays.
