This unique property has been in the Albert Family for 3 generations. The original facility was built in 1945 and served as Albert's Hall for the Lapaz community. Many civic events and square dances were held every Saturday night for the local entertainment in this building. In 1964 the building was sold to the Hale family where they held church there for 50 years. In the summer of 2017 Bruce Albert, grandson of the original owner, purchased the property back and converted back into lodging and event space. We have added a game room. Also, our local park has a playground and pickleball court just yards away. We also provide the paddles and balls for pickleball.

My wife and I were visiting Culver and had the nicest stay at the Albert property. We had everything we needed. The floors, bedrooms, sheets, bathroom and kitchen were very clean. This is so important to feel at ease when travelling. There was also a huge parking lot which made it very easy to park. We spent time reading on the large covered front porch. Everything was so nice - couldn’t have been happier and look forward to staying there again this Fall!
This is our second stay at Albert Estates and it is wonderful! Very clean, comfortable and great hospitality! We highly recommend and plan for more future stays!
We really enjoyed our time there. The property was beautiful had everything we needed. The hosts introduced themselves before we got there and encouraged us to reach out if we should need anything. We hope to come back again sometime soon!
Had a great time relaxing at Bruce's place in La Paz! We were on a short fall break trip going to Notre Dame for the USC game day. Everything was great and would definitely recommend!
The property has a lot to offer. We had a 3 day baseball tournament nearby and my husband, two teens boys and I prefer a house to a hotel room and we found Albert’s Place to be just the spot. A open kitchen/family room area large enough to be together without being on top of each other. A perfect coffee-in-the-morning covered porch, a picnic table under the trees out back and a park with a sandlot a few 100 feet away. All on a quiet street a less than a mile from a u-pick blueberry patch.
The bathroom is adequate but small and stocked with enough towels for a long weekend stay for 4. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and some surprising extras; spices, creamer and waters.
When sports bring us back we will definitely stay again!
