MAGNIFICENT 3 BED/2 BATH BEACH FRONT OASIS 18 MILES SOUTH OF ROSARITO
This amazing property is situated 50 feet from the ocean approximately 18 miles SOUTH of the town of Rosarito (that means we are 18 miles SOUTH of Papas & Beer, etc) in a gated, guarded community near La Fonda and approximately 30 minutes from Valle de Guadalupe (wine country) and Ensenada, Puerto Nuevo is approximately 10 miles north of our property and there are many WONDERFUL restaurants and bars within minutes of the condo. The condo is brightly colored in festive Mexican motif with a brick copula, rooftop patio and many other attributes. The view from the enclosed balcony is amazing: you are literally RIGHT THERE on the ocean.
The property includes a secure gate guarded community with many amenities: beautiful pool and jacuzzi facilities and grounds. It is very quiet and serene and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Baja lifestyle. The property includes 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, enclosed patio and upstairs panoramic deck. There is no internet (so that you can truly enjoy getting away from all of it) but probably 150 DVD's to enjoy almost any movie you care to experience. Kick back, relax and enjoy the vista. But you are only minutes away from fine dining and great bars.

WE ARE LOCATED 10 MINUTES SOUTH OF PUERTO NUEVO (LOBSTER!), 1/2 HOUR FROM VALLE DE GUADALUPE (WINE COUNTRY) AND ENSENADA. TO GET TO OUR PROPERTY DO NOT USE GPS!!! I REPEAT: DO NOT USE GPS: USING IT WILL GET YOU LOST! FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS: EITHER TAKE THE TOLL ROAD FROM TIJUANA TWO (2) TOLL BOOTHS (APPROXIMATELY $2.00 PER TOLL) TO EXIT "CUENCA LECHERA" AND TURN RIGHT TOWARDS THE FREE ROAD. AT THE FREE ROAD TURN LEFT AND CONTINUE SOUTH. IN A COUPLE OF MILES YOU WILL PASS "SPLASH" RESTAURANT (KILOMETER 55): CONTINUE ANOTHER 2 MILES JUST PAST KILOMETER 57 TO PLAZA DEL MAR, CLUB SECCION. THE GUARD (MOST LIKELY RAUL) WILL LET YOU IN WHEN YOU TELL HIM YOU'RE GUESTS OF GUILLERMINA GARCIA AT CONDO #302 CALLE MIRADOR. FOLLOW THE ROAD TO THE RIGHT ALL THE WAY (ABOUT 1/8TH MILE) TO THE DEAD END AND ROLL STRAIGHT AHEAD INTO THE PARKING SPACES. WE ARE LOCATED ON THE THIRD FLOOR, #302.

WE PURPOSELY DO NOT HAVE INTERNET/WiFi SO THAT THERE IS A COMPLETE DISCONNECT FROM THE HUSTLE BUSTLE. INTERNET SERVICE/HOT SPOTS ARE AVAILABLE CLOSER TO TOWN.
