About this property

This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath 4th floor Long Beach condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and all 3 bedrooms. The lockout third bedroom has a luxurious wet bar and mini fridge for your vacation enjoyment. All 3 bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach!

Free Beach chairs are included with the reservation (in season).

Our vacation rental sleeps 10 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the lockout third bedroom. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and parasail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation.

Family vacation to the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 4th floor unit has a perfect view, and is right on the beach. There are volleyball courts and chairs with umbrellas. Just reserve them early. Plenty of easy parking, just show your parking pass from the room to security. This is building 1, so there is a pool. The nicer pool is on building 2, which you can use. There are only 2 elevators for this building. One was broken down for most of our time there. Using the stairs became more convenient than waiting for an elevator. The kitchen is nice, but needs new pots and pans. We has to buy some appliances for all the cooking we has planned. Walmart is very close by. Lots of good food nearby too, if you don't cook. Perfect size for family of 7; parents, grandparents and 3 kids.

Beautiful condo

Long beach is one of our favorite places to stay. We love to be in that area of PCB. The condo was large and comfy for our family of 6. Only issue was with TV in master bedroom that never got resolved during our week there. We were asked if a realtor could show the condo during our stay so I'm guessing the owners are selling so I wouldn't expect the TV to get fixed any time soon. Other than that we had a great time.

Lovely rental!

Everything was in good condition and there was a ton of space. Each room having an ocean view was really nice as well. The beach setup included was nice so we didn’t have to carry chairs to the beach. Each bathroom has a soaking tub that is fairly deep, so my dad that just had knee surgery had a little trouble getting in and out of the shower, so something to keep in mind if traveling with older family members. We had an issue with the dishwasher and tv in the master bedroom that was not corrected before we left, but overall it was a great week! I would stay here again!

Awesome Condo!!

This was our first time staying at Longbeach and we had a great time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. All Beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of pots and pans for breakfast! Another plus was easy parking. No parking deck and quick elevators.

Beautiful condo!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean, decorated beautifully, and close to many things to do. Also, having 3 master bedrooms with their own full en-suite bathrooms was awesome! Being on the 4th floor with quick elevators was super convenient too. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was wonderful. The property is in a great location and close to all of the places we wanted to go. The room was not as clean as hoped for and we found several items left by guests that stayed before us.I loved that there were multiple pools at the location and i appreciated the free beach chairs. Nice but not the cleanest

The condo was lovely and we enjoyed ourselves. The location was excellent. Now for the not so great stuff, It was difficult to open all the doors going to the patio. The smaller patio had two broken chairs that were unusable. The toilet seats were all so loose that if you weren’t careful you would land on the floor and the tubs had mold growing in them that we cleaned ourselves.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here for a week and it was WONDERFUL. It was nice and quiet. Access to three pools and a beautiful view. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. Plenty of space. The door to the balcony was hard to open but it’s definitely accessible. Some things around are definitely worn down but nothing is non-accessible/ non-useable. I truly do recommend staying here and I will be back myself.

The sliding door will open about halfway but needs significant force to open all the way. Both handles on the doors barely turn. The couch is covered in stains. The check in/out and rental process was super simple. The unit could use more pots & pans, dish towels, bath towels and pot holders. We had to use the bathroom towels when cooking & doing the dishes. Overall the condo was nice and in a great location.

Has Potential

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of the condo is great with beautiful views. Unfortunately, the room setup was not as pictured in the listing. We had two sets of adults traveling with kids. We planned for both sets of adults to have rooms with large gulf front windows and access to large patio. When we arrived, the second king was in the back bedroom with the two queen beds in the other gulf front room. This was very disappointing as the view is not nearly as nice from the back bedroom. Overall, the condo was clean. We did not see any cockroaches as others mentioned. However, we did have to unload the dishwasher upon arrival, there was sand on the table, and kid sized handprints on the the windows. The furnishings were clean and in good condition. The biggest issues with this condo were that the door to the patio would not open more than 6 inches without significant force. Forget about walking out on the patio with a drink in your hand as you will need both along with the weight of your body to open the door. The kitchen freezer was no better. It was impossible to open all the way and took multiple attempts to close it. At one point, we had everything in the freezer thaw because it appeared to be closed, but apparently was not. Don't worry though, the thing is so tiny, we didn't have much in it. We reported both of these issues when we arrived on Saturday. Finally had someone show up on Monday. He was nice enough, but could do absolutely nothing to fix the problems. A work order was placed. Obviously didn't do us much good as no one returned during the week we spent there. The kitchen lacked basic supplies. Everything in the kitchen appeared to be purchased at either Goodwill or the dollar store. There was a vintage Corning Ware bread dish, so if you want to bake homemade bread on your beach vacation, you're all set for that one! Just bring your own oven mitts as you won't find any of those. The resort is in a great location and well maintained.

Nice place, but not very clean

The condo is nice and the description was pretty accurate. The Long Beach is a pretty nice property. The only complaint I have is that it didn’t seem to be cleaned. I spent the first day deep cleaning the bathrooms and refrigerator. The freezer was froze up and wouldn’t even open when we got there, but someone came quickly to fix that.
