We have elevated this home to make you feel like you are truly on a luxury seaside vacation.

Large furnished balcony facing beach & boardwalk. Kitchen is a cooks dream complete with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, spices, rice cooker, air fryer, granite counter tops, 2 sinks and professional series appliances plus much more. 1/2 bath. Balcony facing pool.

3rd Floor Rooms -
Master bedroom - King bed. Master bath has stand up shower and jacuzzi tub with separated toilet and bidet, double vanity. Roku TV. Furnished balcony facing beach and boardwalk.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

1. Read all of the listing information on the home before you book it.

2. Although we have an elevator and maintain it very well it is not a guaranteed amenity. This is a large home with multiple floors designed to create that sense of privacy for families who vacation together. All bedrooms are located on the 3rd and 4th floors.

3. We are on the main strip which for most is the perfect location because you are in the middle of all the excitement and it's super convenient! Walking to unlimited entertainment is a breeze. Noise levels tend to be a bit higher due to the location. For light sleepers, we offer tower and small turbo fans in each room in addition to a white noise machine in the master bedroom.

4. A contract will be emailed to you following booking. Contract must be signed and returned to Owner. Contract consists of: check-in, check-out, security info, fees, cancelation policy, occupancy info, rules (both House and Association, etc.). A Pre-Check In welcome email with important details you will need is provided approximately 1 week before your arrival. On the day of your arrival we email you check-in instructions.

5. This is not a single family home. The units are situated like townhomes. Please refer to photos for layout.

6. This home does have a ring doorbell and a floodlight camera for security purposes on the exterior of the building.

Beautiful Property - Immaculate

This home is well kept. The owner does a great job keeping it clean. There were games for the kids when it was a rainy day. The pool area was nice.

Excellent

Our family of 10 had an amazing vacation at this location. The rental is very beautiful and spacious. We loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony watching all the activity. The pool was a nice place to relax after a day at the beach. The kitchen was very equipped and it was great to have access to the beach chairs, wagon, and toys. Our hosts were very responsive and the call ahead of our stay was much appreciated.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. Everything at the home was as described. The location is right in the heart of everything. Being so close to the boardwalk can be noisy late at night and a lot of police presence most nights but it was expected. The only downfall besides that is the elevator did not work. It was stated that it’s not always in working condition. We managed, but our 90 year old grandfather came for his bday dinner and that was pretty rough on him.

Room for all!

We had a great time in Seaside at this property. Our Family covered all age ranges from 6 to 69 years old. The elevator was crucial for the older adults to get around because this place is huge! We could have had all 3 kids bring a friend and would still have had space. The kitchen was equipped with every appliance and tool we needed for meal prep. Plenty of space to eat and cook. A bit too much eating, but it's a vacation! Each room had a private bath, and the master jacuzzi tub was such a nice bonus. The kids loved the shared pool for playing in when the ocean was too rough. The entire complex felt very safe with the fencing and gates, which were also easy to get in and out of due to the wireless key fobs. One of the most fun activities for the adults was to sit on the rooftop deck or the 2nd-floor balcony and watch the activity on the boards below. The noise level was as expected for being right in the middle of things, but nothing out of hand. We checked in Saturday and it was the busiest night all week. The rest of the nights were more lowkey around town. Overall the entire family had a great time. Rides, games, and food for all, and we could all still get some privacy when needed. I really think any other place wouldn't have been as accessible for our older adults. They likely would not have come to be honest. Hope to be able to return next year!

Lux Mare Vita - Exceeds Expectations

We are picky VRBO renters. Property was clean, updated, filled with amenities (as billed), and spacious. Family of 10 had a great time. Plenty of room for everyone, The roof top patio made for great evening hangouts; great place to watch the sunsets. Multiple balconies to watch the sunrise on the beach. Location in the heart of the boardwalk- beach, shopping and restaurants. Lots of rules to follow for the town, but made for safe and orderly area. We never moved our cars except for groceries. Anika and Allan were super responsive and gracious hosts. We highly recommend!

Great house to rental with lots of space

Owner has a impeccably clean property with very nice furnishings. The place was one of the best stocked with simple amenities that we've rented over the years. Just show up and unpack! Boardwalk was convenient, just across the street. Great for our older teens, but loud through the night if you like it quiet.

2021 Vacation

If you are looking for a beautifully decorated and super clean place to stay for a family vacation this is it. Our age group was from 22 to 89 and this home had something for all of us. From board games & the boardwalk for the younger generation to the elevator for us older family members this place is picture perfect. From relaxing on the balconies watching the sunrise, the activity on the boardwalk & ocean. Or having dinner and cocktails on the rooftop with a view of the bay and sunset we couldn’t have asked for anything more enjoyable. Thank you Allan & Anika for sharing your vacation home with us.

🏖 Best accommodations in Seaside Heights!!

This unit is immaculate! Perfect location, huge closets, so many kitchen appliances…We had a great time. The owner even checked in with us during the week and if we had a problem, they were extremely attentive to help in any way 😊Can’t wait until our next visit which is already booked!

Bring your cleaning gloves!

We stayed here for a week. The townhouse is very nice but the owners have notes everywhere clean this, clean that, don’t do this, don’t do that. We were 7 adults and one baby 10 months old. All we did was clean the whole week. My daughter and husband slept in a room where the bed frames were very cheap. They broke it and tried to fix it. It did not work. We called the owner and told her. She deducted $300 for a new bed frame when you can get a metal one anywhere for $50. We put claim in through insurance and never got reimbursed. I will never book through Vrbo again. After the owner saw bed she called and screamed at me for half an hour. Like we did it on purpose and we tried to lie. Nothing to lie about. Bed had cheap frame and broke. I kept my cool and just kept repeating just let me know how to remedy the situation and we had taken insurance. We also paid a hefty cleaning fee but had to leave the condo immaculate. Which we did.!!!! Never again.

Beware: This place is very militant with too many rules and fines

First - the townhouse we stayed in was very nice, each of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are spaced nicely. That's about the only positive things I can say about this place (Unit 10)The floors were dirty. Our feet were black from walking on them by the end of the day. Also, the tub in the master bedroom was dirty so we did not use it. There was construction to the unit next to us so we were awaken every morning with hammering and/or drilling. We were not able to use our balconies without the workmen being out there or the load music and hammering. One morning some of the aluminum pieces they were using were on our balcony on the main floor. They were also smoking cigars out on the balcony which is not allowed and for which there is a fine. The pool in the unit was murky and warm - we only used it once. The hot tub is broken so we were not able to use that at all. There are fines for EVERYTHING! Also, the rules in our unit were too much - way too many signs all over the townhouse. So beware of renting in this complex. The owner of our unit did nothing when we complained about the construction - said it was out of her hands. We had teenagers staying with us that were fined a very large amount each (VRBO won't let me say how much) for jumping the fence to the pool - the gate locked when they were in there and they were not able to get out. No damage done - yes, it was after 5:30 (after the pool closed) but they were not aware of when the pool closed and they were in the pool for a few minutes only, enough to get wet. My family and I were really disappointed and would never stay in this complex again.

BEAUTIFUL townhouse!

The place is gorgeous. Nicely furnished, clean and well maintained. It was a little noisy at night on the weekends but a great location near the boardwalk/beach. The owner is very thoughtful, she has games and beach items to use and even left us a gift! We watched fireworks from the roof and enjoyed the boardwalk / beach views from the balconies.

Beautiful condo

Unit 10 was a great place to stay with the whole family. The unit was very accommodating with bathrooms in each bedroom. Just across the street to the Boardwalk and beach. Very convenient during the pandemic to walk across the street and use the condo bathroom rather than a public bathroom, this was a plus for us especially with our grandkids. The noise level at night was a bit high with the main street out front. Also there were loud street cleaner trucks very early every morning. Although there were tower fans in each bedroom to help mask the noise, we didn’t think to use until half way through the week. We would have loved to see the fireworks from the rooftop but were disappointed that the Wednesday night fireworks were canceled due to the storm on Tuesday’s power outages. It is a beautiful townhouse with lots of space and extras. We enjoyed our stay!

Vacation 2020

This house was amazing! Tons of space, beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. We loved sitting on the balcony every morning with our coffee and the roof top deck is amazing!! The views are unbelievable from up there! Anika's thinks of everything you may need and has it at the house. Cleaning products, Beach chairs, a cooler, a wagon even beach toys for the kids. I personally loved the child's potty seat and stools in the two bathrooms. We had my 3 year old grandson with us and it was so nice to not have to travel with a potty seat and stool. We had an amazing vacation and cannot wait to go back next year. Thanks Anika!!

Family week

Beautiful Home in Ideal Location!

This house is great for a large family. Beautifully decorated. Directly across from the boardwalk. Pool on site. Everything is within walking distance! The owner is very responsive and super easy to work with. I highly recommend this home!

Unbeatable Location and Luxury

Beautiful and spacious with luxury touches throughout the house. Large bedrooms with full baths and TVs in each is so terrific. Location is great being right across the street from beach and boardwalk. We loved our time there and didn’t want to leave!

Great Vacation!

Vacation was great! The house was perfect for our family! It was in beautiful condition and had all the amenities one would need on vacation. The location was wonderful, only being across the street from the boardwalk and the beach. Communication with Anika was clear throughout the week and she always made sure we were enjoying our trip! We loved our stay at Luxe Mare Vita! The proximity to beach and boardwalk can’t be beat.

The house is so nice and beautifully decorated. The living room and bedrooms are so comfortable. We had our four teenage kids with us and everyone had adequate space, privacy and together time. The personal touches when we arrived (gift bag) were very kind and useful! I also really appreciated having cleaning supplies under each kitchen and bathroom cabinet provided. I’ve been in many shore house rentals over the years and this is not standard and very much appreciated!!
