Wonderful and rustic cabin

The cabin was perfect! The location is minutes from downtown and maybe 15 from the Biltmore Estate. Coffee on the deck in the morning for a beautiful view and a soak in the hot tub in the evening to round out the day! We had our dog and cat with us, and they seemed right at home.

Storm weekend

I had 16 hours of power, water and internet........for a 4 evening weekend that should've offered 91 hours of lights/power/internet. Very disappointed that the owner.manager failed to reach out to me during......I did reach out to her last Sunday and she was able to respond to me, but no follow up until I received the disappointed response that I finally received this morning.

Exactly as advertised!

Cute, cozy cabin that was far enough away from everything to pretend like you’re alone in a cabin in the woods, but close enough to enjoy all of Asheville. We enjoyed our stay!

If you want a place that is hidden. This is the place to go

The property owner was phenomenal, he replied back in a timely manner. This place is a beautiful hidden gem we definitely would look forward to coming back eight minutes from downtown Asheville close to Biltmore estates what more can you ask for.

Great Asheville option

We thoroughly enjoyed staying is this cabin, with the hot tub being a huge plus. There is one other property adjacent, so you are not completely “alone” but the surrounding area is beautiful and there is plenty of privacy.

Nice Place Close to Downtown

Very nice place for a short stay. We wanted a somewhat rustic cabin, but with full kitchen and close to downtown Asheville. That's just what we got. Perfectly pleasant, quite well equipped, and clean, with a nice covered porch facing the wooded downslope. Communication with the hosts was great, and there's a hot tub (should that be important to you) . Downtown Asheville is only 13-15 minutes away. (Great little city; we encourage you to visit.) A few data points, to help others make an informed choice: There are other houses immediately adjacent, and it's all right off a main road (This isn't a secluded cabin in the woods). There is no outdoor grill of any kind. There are trees alongside the house; peaceful setting, but no view to speak of. The only access to the hot tub is via one of the two bedrooms (perhaps a consideration if two couples are traveling together). But those are just factual notes, not "downsides.". For us, this was a "just right" combination of rusticity, amenities, and proximity to downtown. Well worth your consideration. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, quiet and comfy

While this cabin is not within walking distance to anything, just about everything in the city can be reached within 15 minutes. The cabin interior is a bit dark, but the area is quiet and the cabin is clean. The water pressure was great in the showers and the jacuzzi was clean and ready to go when we arrived. If you are a larger group, the parking is limited to 2 cars otherwise people won't be able to turn around to get down the longer driveway, which really is only 1 car width wide. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to those looking for a quiet clean place to sleep with easy access to the city.

Excellent cabin! Fantastic view! Extremely cozy and clean.

Went to Asheville for my wife’s birthday with another couple. Excellent cabin for 2 couples. Very convenient to everything. We definitely plan to go back.

The cabin was perfect for driving downtown for dinner and going to a show at the Salvage Station! The cabin was close to all of it! And offered a beautiful, private scenery out on the porch
