This is your quintessential beach house in the Central Beach/ Riomar area of Vero Beach. This cottage is located East of A1A and 2-1/2 blocks to the beach - walk to Ocean Drive in 7 minutes! Think Old Florida charm.
The cottage is a single story 4 BR and 2 BA house with a covered pool. Beach style is the theme! It is cute, not fancy, very comfortable, casual and cottage chic!
The kitchen is updated and has pull out shelves, and is outfitted to cook any meal you could possibly want! A Kitchen Aid stand mixer, roasting pan for a turkey, garlic press, fine cutlery, and service for 12 are a few highlights. Martini, wine and champagne glasses are a few extras as well. Pool glass-ware, place settings are included.
The 2 baths are also updated while maintaining the mid-century charm that makes cottage living so fun!
There are no pull out couches in this cottage. The property sleeps 8 in 1 King, 2 Queens and 2 Twin beds in four bedrooms with black-out linen drapery. The house is quiet and nestled on a fabulous street with all the lovely oaks and palms that you would expect!
A private outdoor pool area (not heated) offers relaxation and outdoor dining, outdoor gas grill, Sunbrella sectional and chaise lounges.
There is a garage for your toys and golf clubs with automatic door opener. The driveway holds 2 cars.

We are a mountain and beach family! What could be better? And we have discovered the Riomar/Central Beach neighborhood of Vero Beach which is so fabulous. No need to drive as the walk to the beach or to Ocean drive is lovely and convenient.
Why they chose this property
This cottage has location- location- location! The glorious live oaks and palms line our street which is quiet and gorgeous. Hibiscus Cottage offers a lovely comfortable cottage chic beach experience - with a pool!
