Studio apartment, recently renovated, on the third floor with elevator, exterior, very bright and just 100 meters from the beach of Las Canteras, Playa Chica area.
It is fully equipped, has a semi-independent kitchen, with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, washing machine and complete kitchenware.
The living room / bedroom consists of a double bed, a sofa bed, 32-inch LCD TV with chromecast, DVD, free Wi-Fi connection and micro-chain with USB input. If necessary, we have a travel cot.
Full bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels and amenities.
In the surroundings you will find all kinds of restaurants, bars, places of drinks and shops.
In the area there are all kinds of services: supermarkets, pharmacies, fresh produce market, etc ... If you rent a car, 50 meters away there is a public pay parking. Stop Taxis 50 meters from the apartment
At about 7 minutes walk, there is the shopping area of Mesa y López where the English Court and most of the fashion shops are located.

Gran (Canaria) estancia.

Ubicación fantástica, muy bien situado a 100 m de la playa. Todo lo que puedas desear está disponible en este apartamento, desde una tostadora hasta una moderna máquina Nespresso. Súper agradable bienvenida por parte de los propietarios. Entregado muy limpio. Plazas de aparcamiento de fácil acceso. Altamente recomendado para una estancia estupenda. Martin

Zentral gelegenes, sauberes Apartment mit guter Einrichtung.

Das Apartment liegt nur 100m vom Strand entfernt. Sehr viele Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in allernächster Nähe. Der Busbahnhof ist auch nur rund 700m entfernt. Die Einrichtung des Apartments ist gut und es ist nicht abgenutzt. Der sehr nette Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und unterstützt gerne. Wir haben uns hier 9 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger negativer Punkt: es kann speziell an Wochenenden auch nach Mitternacht noch laut sein wegen der Menschen auf den Straßen. Das ist aber an dieser zentralen Stelle normal. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Coquet, confortable, inclut toutes les commodités. Quartier bien situé à Las Canteras. Bel accueil.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement lors de notre arrivée et agréablement surpris par les informations données sur les activités à faire dans la ville et sur l'île. La propriétaire nous a même accueillis avec une bière locale! L'appartement est joli, lumineux, calme et confortable. Toutes les commodités y sont disponibles. Il est idéal pour un couple. Le quartier est bien situé, animé, sécuritaire et on y trouve de tout à proximité. Les restaurants sont nombreux à quelques minutes de marche et l'ambiance, très agréable. La plus belle plage de Las Palmas, Las Canteras, est accessible à pied en 2 minutes. Nous recommandons l'appartement sans hésitation pour une expérience canarienne mémorable. Christine et Pierre

Trevligt boende Las Canteras

Trevligt boende som överensstämde med annonsen. Natacha och Carlos var mycket hjälpsamma och vänliga. Vi bodde där i tre månader och det enda som var störande var ett husbygge precis bredvid och att hissen inte fungerade vid ett flertalet tillfällen. Margareta och Dieter.

Très confortable

Un appartement chaleureux, à 2 pas de la plage et entouré de super restaurants et bien desservi (nombreux arrêts de bus à 5 minutes à peine). Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour à Las Palmas dans cette location. De plus les locataires sont très accueillant et ont tout fait pour nous mettre à l'aise. 😊

Appartement charmant!

Appartement charmant, très confortable et décoré avec goût. Ma compagne et moi même y avons passés d’excellents moments. Proche de la mer. Très facile d’accès depuis la gare de Santa Catalina. Agradable estancia.

He pasado 7 semanas estupendas en el apartamento. La situación buenísima y todo lo necesario para sentirte muy a gusto. Tiene excelente wifi, por lo que estás perfectamente conectado. La atención de la propietaria Natacha y su esposo Carlos fué excelente en todo momento. Regresarè el proximo Diciembre y lo recomiendo. Gracias por todo.

Leiligheten i Calle Juan Francy Rocca var utmerket, minst like bra som beskrevet i presentasjonen. Beliggenhet fortreffelig. Vi hadde leiebil - det var ikke enkelt å parkere i gatene, men vi kjøpte parkeringsplass i et parkeringshus nær Catalina Park - det fungerte fint. Pris 60 E for 7 dager. Vi anbefaler gjerne dette stedet for andre! Thea og Johan Solholm

Das perfekte Zuhause in Las Palmas de GC - besser geht es nicht!

Wir waren acht Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Natacha und Carlos zu Gast und haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist zwei Gehminuten von der berühmten Promenade am ältesten Touristen-Badestrand der Insel, den berühmten las Canteras, entfernt. Sie liegt an einer wenig befahrenen Straße (verkehrsberuhigte Zone), die Nächte waren sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist ausgesprochen geschmackvoll ausgesucht, alles blitzsauber und wie neu. Die Küche ist für den Bedarf von zwei Urlaubern genau richtig, einschließlich der Waschmaschine, die wir zum ersten Mal in einer Ferienwohnung auch benutzt haben. Das Haus ist insgesamt in bestem Zustand, sehr gepflegt, unsere Wohnung wirkte wie eben gerade fertiggestellt, alles wie neu, und von Natacha und Carlos auch bestens ausgestattet. Vom Einkaufswagen bis zum Fernseher, vom Begrüßungswein bis zur perfekten Betreuung auch während unseres Aufenthaltes durch Carlos (jederzeit per Whatsapp oder SMS zu erreichen) - es war alles nur erfreulich, und wir haben richtig ein bißchen Heimweh nach dort. Natacha und Carlos haben alles Wissenswerte auch in einer Informationsmappe für ihre Gäste zusammengestellt, von Restaurantempfehlungen bis zu den WLAN-Zugangsdaten, kurz: Alles bestens, besser geht es nicht! Vielen Dank noch einmal an die beiden! Wenn wir mal wieder nach Las Palmas kommen, dann werden wir sicher versuchen, wieder hier zu wohnen. Vom Busbahnhof Santa Catalina bis zur Wohnung sind es ca. 6 bis 8 Gehminuten, mit Gepäck zehn. Unser Rückflug ging so früh, daß es noch keinen Bus gab - Carlos organisierte uns ein Taxi, das pünktlichst um 4h30 vor der Tür stand. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es Dutzende, wenn nicht Hunderte von Restaurants. Alle sind eigentlich gut, einige ganz besonders gut. Hier empfiehlt es sich, einen aktuellen online-Ratgeber zu nutzen. Die Restaurant-Empfehlungen von Natacha und Carlos in ihrer Mappe sind auf jeden Fall alle sehr gut - und dabei in vernünftigem Preisrahmen. Wer selbst kochen will, findet in der Küche und in Geschäften und den Markthallen auf jeden Fall alles, was man braucht. Supermärkte gibt es noch und nöcher, von winzig bis unüberschaubar; ein hinreichend großer SPAR-Markt mit Frischfleisch- und Käsetresen ist rund 200m entfernt, sieben Tage die Woche geöffnet. Für Spezialisten und Gourmets gibt es z.B. die Markthalle von Vengueta. Fazit: Diese Wohnung können wir nur empfehlen, es gibt wirklich nichts an ihr auszusetzen.

A really pleasant stay

We had a really nice vacation in Las Palmas. The apartment is really good located, just a few steps from Playa De Las Canteras. Bars, Restaurants and supermarkets are in a walking distance. The apartment is perfect for two people, clean and very good equipped. Absolutely recommended.

Nice apartment near las Canteras

The apartment is really great. It is well equiped, clean and we missed nothing during our stay. The beach, all kinds of restaurants and shopping locations are nearby. Natacha and her husband are nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to rent this apartment again sometime. As our flight back home was delayed we had to stay in a hotel in Las Palmas (chosen by the airline), which had 3 stars, but wasn't nearly nice as Natachas apartment!

Awesome Apartment !

I stayed at the Apartment with a friend, for a week. We were really happy, because the apartment looks exactly like the pictures shown on this website and is really pretty, clean and equipped with everything you might need. The Location is also really good, you can go almost anywhere by foot and the bus station is just down the road. The Owners were super friendly and helped us with everything, including organizing a transport back to the airport. We would absolutely recommend this Apartment and would definitely go back in the future!

Casa molto accogliente e provvista di tutto

Ho soggiornato con la mia ragazza per poco più di una settimana. Natasha è cordiale e sempre disponibile. La casa ha l'essenziale per affrontare una vacanza (stoviglie varie asciugacapelli wifi funzionante). Fuori di casa c'è subito la spiaggia di las canteras quindi la posizione è ottima.

Mi marido y yo hemos disfrutado de unos días inolvidables en la isla gracias, en parte, a Natacha y Carlos, dueños del apartamento donde nos alojamos. Escoger este alojamiento ha sido todo un acierto. Es exactamente como se ve en las fotos, lo cual ya da una idea de la honestidad de los propietarios. Acogedor, funcional, moderno, coqueto, pulcro, en perfecto estado de conservación y muy bien equipado. Natacha cuida incluso de los pequeños detalles (un pequeño costurero, algunos extras en la cocina, etc), que crean una atmosfera hogareña y suponen un plus. En el apartamento hay una carpeta donde se especifica el manual de uso de cada electrodomestico, asi como una mini-guia de lugares de interes, restaurantes recomendables segun su experiencia, etc. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos 'como en casa'. Esta muy bien ubicado. Es centrico y a la vez tranquilo. La playa está muy cerca, a unos escasos cincuenta metros. La conexión con las diferentes carreteras de la isla es sencilla. En las cercanías hay varios supermercados y una amplia variedad de tiendas. Por si todo esto fuera poco, hay algo que supera con creces a todo lo anterior. Es el trato exquisito y el buen hacer de los propietarios. Siempre atentos y serviciales. Es un placer tratar con ellos. Por supuesto recomiendo este apartamento a todos mis conocidos. Y por descontado volveremos a alojarnos allí cada vez que visitemos la isla.

Excelente!!!!

Nuestras vacaciones en la casa de Natacha fueron excelentes..Natacha ha sido una gran anfitriona, el apartamento es tal como se ve en las fotos, muy luminoso, limpio y acogedor, es perfecto para pasar unos días al lado de la playa, está a la vuelta de la esquina!! Lo recomendamos y prometemos volver!!
