COMPLETELY RENOVATED 2021

Apartment ideally located in the heart of the resort.

It is the closest residence to all the shops and activities:
- Ski school (the children's village at 50m)
- Carrefour Market opposite
- Ice rink in front of the entrance to the residence
- Tourist office and cash desk at 100m
- Ski rental and restaurants at the foot of the residence

And all the services offered by the resort: aquatic center (Aquariaz) medical center…

Of course, departure and return ski in ski out, with ski locker in the basement of the building.

The apartment faces west and overlooks the heart of the resort.
The equipment of our apartment is new in a neat and warm decoration:
- 2 connected 40-inch Smart TVs (living room and master bedroom)
- Nespresso coffee maker
- Dishwasher
- Kettle, toaster, microwave, 2 induction hobs
- multifunction oven
- fridge with freezer compartment
- a ski boot dryer
- 1 USB charger to charge your phone integrated in each reading light in each room
(2 in the master bedroom / 3 in the mountain bedroom)

The apartment includes:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140/200
- 1 bedroom with a bunk bed (140/200 downstairs and 90/200 upstairs)

Each bed is equipped with pillows and duvets (double bed 220/240 and small bed 140/200)
- 1 bathroom with double sink and shower - 1 separate toilet in the entrance
- airlock in the entrance with electric ski boot dryer

Bed linen is included in the price and the beds are made on arrival for the WINTER season. (In summer please bring your sheets and towels)

In WINTER Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
In summer day rental - 3 nights minimum.

We also own the 18 m² studio (2-3 people) adjoining this apartment and a 36 m² apartment (5 people) located on the 5th floor of the same residence.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location.

Our communication with the host, Marion, has been fantastic. Marion went out of her way to help us. The apartment is perfectly located right opposite the village des enfants and central to the bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The apartment is beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. Beds are comfortable and the boot dryer is particularly useful. Check-in/out was easy. We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect Apartment!

I love this apartment - it is in the best location, right in the centre of Avoriaz. It is well decorated and a lot of thought has gone into making sure there are enough shelves and hooks so you can keep all your ski stuff in order! Will definitely be booking again! Thank You!

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement bien équipé tout confort très bien situé. Petit couac à l'arrivée mais bien pris en charge par l'hôte et Abritel. Le logement est très confortable et soigné.

A great place, right in the centre of Avoriaz.

The apartment is situated right in the centre of Avoriaz and was perfect for us due to the proximity of the village des enfants and other amenities. The apartment itself was very nice inside and very cosy. The layout suited us (2 adults & 3 children) really well without the need to sleep in the living area. The apartment was also really well appointed with nice duvets, modern kitchen equipment and a boot warmer for cosy toes the next day. Finally there was also the really nice welcoming touch of more than one toilet roll, oil, vinegar and coffee for the machine, all that eased arrival and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back.

Excellent emplacement et appart super propre

L appartement est super bien situé, tout est à proximité, laverie,supermarché, école de ski c est le top!De plus les lieux sont neufs ,propres ,le linge de lit et de toilette sont fournis, ce qui allège considérablement les bagages!seul bémol, les fêtards qui ,une fois sortis des bars continuent la fiesta jusqu'à pas d heure en bas de l immeuble,mais ça fait partie du jeu,étant en hypercentre. Pour le reste ,c était parfait ,on reviendra avec plaisir !

Great location and great communication with Marion

The apartment was right in the centre of the resort with everything you want on your door step. Marion was great and very helpful recommending restaurants and offering to book a meal Christmas Day for us. The apartment was a good size for us and our two young children. Nespresso machine was a godsend in the morning! Mike who met us at the property was also very helpful and spoke to the suppliers of the linen on our behalf. The apartments main building is quite dated and could do with some decorating, but the apartment itself was perfect for what we needed. Our only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the apartment could have been cleaner when we arrived i.e. could have done with a hoover and there was crumbs in the microwave and around the sink. This could have been due to us arriving at lunchtime and the servicing team not getting to the apartment. The linen was also not great quality (stained in places) and the wrong size for one of the kids beds, however this is a third party company and not supplied direct from Marion. It certainly didn’t stop us having a great week and having a nice warm apartment to come home to. Overall, this is a great base in Avoriaz with all you need for the week, and Marion is an excellent host. I’d recommend this apartment to young families and small groups.

Agréable séjour à Avoriaz

Appartement très bien situé, en plein cœur de la station, proche de tous commerces. L’appartement a répondu à nos attentes. De nombreux portes manteaux pour accrocher nos vêtements très appréciables. Les seuls regrets sont : l’immeuble vieillissant avec des parties communes usées et un minuscule casier à ski (permettant juste de mettre les skis et les bâtons, pas les chaussures) et les salles de bain d’un autre âge. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette semaine à Avoriaz.

Emplacement !!!

Un appartement dans "son jus" comme l’ont dit les propriétaires, c'est vrai, mais il est très bien situé, au cœur de cette superbe station d'Avoriaz. L'appartement est très fonctionnel avec 2 vraies salles de bains avec wc et baignoires, de bon volume. Tout y est, Wifi, 2 TV, cuisine bien équipée, appareil à raclette, cafetière Nespresso... Malgré l'emplacement hypercentre, nous n'avons pas été incommodés par les bruits extérieurs ou de voisinage. En un mot un excellent séjour dans cet appartement et un contact très agréable avec les propriétaires... À recommander sans hésiter.

Great Stay

Fantastic place, right in the heart of Avoriaz, super close to all of the amenities and easy access to good lifts. Ski in/out. Accommodation space is good for it's size (we were 3 adults and 3 kids). Nice touches such as the coffee machine. The bathrooms are a little dated but are clean and function well. Excellent value for money, I would definitely stay again.

Appartement superbemment rénové

situé au 5ème étage, dans une résidence plein centre de station, tout a été refait avec gout, classe et fonctionnalité. Chauffe chaussures, 2 fours, plaque induction, cafetière nespresso... Un nid douillet et cosy pour passer des vacances en famille au top. N'hésitez pas.
