Welcome to Anchors Away, a magnificent private vacation home, conveniently located just two blocks from the beach and accessible with a breezy less-than-five-minute walk. Experience the serene charm of this large home, nestled comfortably within a lush paradise, surrounded by beautiful tropical plants that grace the pool deck and a saltwater pool that is seasonally heated for year-round enjoyment.

A total of six spacious bedrooms and three pristine bathrooms provide the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Among these are two pool-facing rooms, granting stunning views of the crystalline waters and exotic flora, creating a tranquil ambiance perfect for relaxation.

The home features smart TVs for your entertainment needs. The primary kitchen located upstairs is fully stocked, ready for any culinary exploration, and a convenient kitchenette downstairs for quick snacks and refreshments.

For a dose of fun and friendly competition, a game room boasts a pool table, air hockey, and a multi-cade arcade game. After the indoor excitement, step outside under the soft glow of Edison lights, spread across the welcoming gazebo area. This cozy outdoor space, accentuated with comfortable seating, is perfect for a nightcap under the stars.

At Anchors Away, bask in the mesmerizing peek-a-boo views of the Gulf from the upstairs balcony. This outdoor seating area offers the magical allure of distant waters, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or sunset musings. And when the beach calls, make use of the provided beach gear and bikes for your seaside leisure.

We are dog/pet friendly with a $100 pet fee. No breed/size restrictions.

Parking accommodates: 6 cars

All guests must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and cc to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.

There are three owners closets in the home that are off limits. We have signs on these doors and they are locked. The rest of the house is yours to enjoy!

We are available for guest needs and just live down the road. For urgent maintenance, we will come and take care of right away. For minor items, please notify us, but we will wait until your check out so we don’t interrupt your stay.

When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property specific rules and regulations.

**POOL:
Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment including adjusting temperature / spa settings. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund.

Cost to heat is $50/day, 2 night minimum, with 2 day notice to heat.

Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the pool heater, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
