This villa full of character is located in a quiet residential quarter, just outside the Calpe center.

In aerial view you are less than 300 meter away from the coastline and after a fifteen minute walk you are in the middle of the pounding life of shops, restaurants, sandy beaches, etc... of Calpe.

The house includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, 1 extra outside shower, 3 toilets, a stylish living with open kitchen and a spacious dining room. Satellite TV with many international channels and free wifi are available. In the kitchen you will find among others a electric stove, hot-air, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The guests can also use 2 extra fridges in the garage and a washing machine. All rooms are provided with airconditioning and heating.

There are 2 terraces, 2 garden tables with 6 chairs, 2 relax lounges, a cosy bar, an infrared sauna, an outside kitchen with fridge, gas stove and barbecue around the pool of 8 x 4 meter.

The sun spoils you whole day long and still you can find a spot at each moment where you can relax in the shade of a palm tree.

At each moment of the year the spacious garden has something blooming. You do not have to buy oranges, lemons or pomegranates. You just pick them from the tree. Colourful bougainville, palm trees and many other plants and flowers brighten it all.

The garden is completely fenced. You enjoy 100% privacy and the electric gate is operated with a remote. Within the fence you can park a car.

The house is looked after by a Belgian multilingual couple, who will welcome you warm-heartedly at your arrival. The beds are made, a welcome gift will be waiting and the final cleaning is taken care off. You can contact our caretakers in your own language for all possible problems

Eine Villa mit traumhaftem Grundstück

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Emiels Villa. Der Meerblick auf den Felsen und die Palmen ist wunderschön. Der Pool und die Terrasse sowie das gesamte Grundstück sind sehr gepflegt und mit vielen bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Die Palmen verleihen dem Anwesen ein besonderes Flair. Wir durften uns mit leckeren Zitronen vom eigenen Zitronenbaum versorgen. Das Haus selber bietet schöne Räume und war sehr sauber. Besonders gut hat uns die Auẞendusche gefallen ;-) Die Kommunikation mit Miguel vor Ort war hervorragend. Die Klimaanlagen und auch WLAN funktionierten auch einwandfrei. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass in der oberen Etage die Räume Richtung Meer nicht vermietet werden und somit nicht zur Verfügung stehen. Die Terrasse oben hätten wir aber mitbenutzen dürfen. Insgesamt ist diese Villa sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit dort.

Super villa

We stayed for four weeks and enjoyed this great villa. We had some difficulty locating it at 1.30 am due to a delayed flight. The villa itself is very well equipped for a holiday. Its in great spot and the views and position are unrivalled. The next door villa was demolished whilst we were there and is to be replaced with a garden. This rather spoiled one week of the holiday but the owner was not to blame and readily agreed to compensate us for the difficulties.We would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Prachtig gelegen villa

Rustig gelegen, op loop afstand leuk gezellig resto: Grizzly's waar altijd ambiance is! Ook mooie wandeling tot aan de promenade. Ideaal om buiten te leven bijgoed weer.... bij slecht weer verwacht je binnen wat meer confort.

Séjour très agréable !

Maison très agréable et proche des commodités dans un quartier calme. 2 points à préciser quant aux photos du site, les transats ne sont ceux sur la photos mais de simples plastiques que l'on peut trouver dans les piscines municipales ou camping et grosse déception quant au barbecue qui est en photo, il a disparu .. dommage de ne pas pouvoir faire de grillades dans un tel environnement.

Wonderful villa in prime location

What a wonderful villa,in a beautiful location with fantastic views and walking distance to all amenities and the beach. Being 8 months pregnant I still managed to walk which was amazing. So amazing that we are going back next year. There were a few slight changes in description on arrival due to the current pandemic, but everything was well responded to by the management that emiel uses and Emiel in himself is a wonderful trustworthy owner. If there 2as anything we needed help with, he was extremely prompt in helping us sort it, even from his distance away. Bless him. The villa had everything we needed for our stay, the villa was extremely secure and we felt safe with our children to be free. It really was a joy to wake up and see the sea view every morning. The pool was perfect, the villa was such bliss we didn't feel the need to venture out too much. We took my parents out with us once we realised it had a separate sleeping area upstairs. That's the 3rd bedroom. They thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you so much for letting us stay in the villa. We cant wait to come back.

Villa luxueuse, emplacement très calme.

La villa est conforme au descriptif, très bien équipée, entourée d’une végétation luxuriante. Différents salons de jardin dans la propriété appropriés aux apéritifs dînatoires. A retenir dans vos recherches.

Huiselijk en van alle gemakken voorzien

Mooie, luxe villa op een mooi punt met uitzicht op de zee en de Ifach rots. Huiselijk ingericht en ruim voorzien van alle benodigdheden en apparatuur. Genoeg gezellige plekken om de zon of de schaduw op te zoeken.

Schöne Villa, Angaben leider nicht ganz korrekt!

Mitte Mai haben wir in 2017 zwei sehr schöne Woche in Calpe und in der Villa verbracht. Für 5 Personen (davon 3 Kinder) waren die 2 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss leider doch etwas zu eng (EG mit zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine offene Küche, ein Bad und ein kleiner Abstellraum). Wir waren an Hand der Beschreibung hier nicht davon ausgegangen, dass uns nicht die ganzen 175m² zur Verfügung stehen sondern nur das EG. Leider war das OG mit der Terrasse/Balkon (mit der sicher besseren Aussicht) nicht für uns Gäste zugänglich. Der Wohnbereich war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Gartenbereich mit dem tollen Pool, dem Grill, dem Kunstrasen, Palmen usw. war sehr schön. Der Pool wurde 2 mal wöchentlich gereinigt, und war auch für unsere Kinder nicht zu kalt für diese Jahreszeit. Die Aussicht und die ruhige Lage waren traumhaft. Zum schönen Strand von Calpe waren es max. 5 Minuten Fahrweg. Gute Parkplätze musste man allerdings schon in der Vorsaison (noch kostenlos) suchen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es nach ca. 2-3 Minuten Fahrweg genügend. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet. Da die Beschreibung (für Gäste nur Benutzung EG, keine Verfügbarkeit von Balkon, 175m², DVD Player, Brettspiele und Tischtennisplatte (nicht aufgebaut, im verschlossenen Keller, keine Info), sowie Sauna (nur gegen Gebühr)) nicht korrekt war (Hinweis an Vermieter gegeben), haben wir trotz toller Lage usw. einen Stern abgezogen. Unsere Kaution (300.- €) haben wir erst nach mehreren Telefonaten und emails mit Anbieter Homeaway und Vermieter zurück bekommen. Anscheinend weil ein Haken vom Vermieter nicht richtig gesetzt wurde. (?) Schade.

Why they chose this property

The location of the house is quite unique. Beautiful ocean view from the upper terrace, the rock and the pounding center of Calpe nearby but the house itself is located in a peaceful residential quarter. The mountanous hinterland with beautiful winding roads is at a stone’s throw. For good reason a lot of international cycling teams come to prepare themselves in Calpe for the new cycling season.

You have everything you may wish for within reach despite it being activity or relaxation, sea or mountains, sport or leisure, shopping and cooking or going to dinner. You can find it all while you stay in a spacious and neatly kept villa.
