Exquisite charm.
Breath taking views of Long Island Sound.
Hardwood floors throughout, brand new appliances, one queen bed and one full bed.

Enjoy a quiet day relaxing on your private beach. This is one full floor within a two family home. The interior space includes a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom, two bedrooms. The exterior includes a private deck with outdoor dining area and lounge chairs plus your own private beach!
I like to tell guests in advance that this is an extremely quiet beach. The booking cost is for four people to stay in the house. There is a strict maximum of no more than 8 persons at the house at any given time. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. There is also a two car maximum. For the security of our guests and the property front and rear entrances are monitored by video.

Beautiful

This house was the perfect place for our anniversary getaway. We loved the private beach and the house was clean and beautiful. Check in/out was simple and straightforward. We would definitely return and maybe even bring the kids!

Winter getaway

We really enjoyed our "not traditional beach vacation" in December. House is perfectly positioned on a long stretch of a sandy beach. Upstairs apartment is very cozy and clean. Kitchen is nice size and well stocked with cooking utensils. Views are amazing, beach is perfect for walks and an abundance of birds completes tranquil picture.

Great spot right on the beach

The place was just as advertised, amazing views, nice big great room, modern kitchen and very nice bathrooms as well! Check in was easy and Heather was very responsive to our questions. A great, great weekend.

Great Beach House Weekend!

My five friends and I had an amazing time staying on the top floor of Heather's property over Memorial Day Weekend!! The set up was a great open space with large windows that make you feel right on the beach! There was also a big deck with a dinner table and chairs to hang out and sunbathe in. The beach is right down the stairs from the deck with a beach club a few houses down. We went into town both nights to dinner and bars and was not disappointed! 5 stars and definitely would stay again!

Huge beach, great location, very accommodating host, well appointed

We rented the first floor, from which you just step right onto the sand. The house is well supplied with lots of towels, deck furniture, beach chairs and games. The host was very accommodating to our needs and before we rented she promptly answered all my questions. The beach is very wide open here and you have views from two sides of the house. The interior is decorated quite nicely with lots of living space and a nice enclosed porch in addition to the open deck. Just an FYI, there is no cable TV, so use your NETFLIX.

I am a realtor and property manager. I take great pride in hosting guests at incredibly beautiful locations as well as providing a spotless home for them. I am meticulous when it comes to the cleanliness of the homes. Everything is disinfected from the light switches, doorknobs, remotes, etc. Soft fabric such as ALL bedding, towels, etc. are laundered in between guests. All of the interior furniture is leather or wood and cleaned in between guests as well. I hope to host you soon!

The beach this house is located on is outstanding. You see the sunrise glistening off the water every morning. The wide, sandy, private beach is unlike any other in CT. The brilliant colors of the sunset each day is a breathtaking. The salt marsh with its array of birds is incredibly peaceful. No matter what time of day or what time of year you stay here mother nature is always at her finest.
