Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage
Das Haus liegt in wunderbarer Umgebung in einem kleinen historischen Dorf. Es ist vor 10 Jahren sehr schön renoviert worden und bietet jede Menge Platz. Es ist alles da, was man braucht - und noch viel mehr. Die Küche bietet neben allen möglichen Geräten zwei Kaffeemaschinen (Senseo Pads und normale Filterkaffee-Maschine), viele Gewürze und oft vermisste Utensilien. Handtücher gab es nur für die Küche - fürs Bad hatten wir eigene. Bettwäsche ist vor Ort. Der Wohn-Ess-Bereich ist sehr großzügig. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit tollen Bildern und Accessoires. Der Kamin funktioniert ebenfalls prima. Der Außenbereich bietet neben Tisch und Stühlen auch eine große Bank, Grill, Brunnen, Schuppen mit Waschmaschine und einen großen Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Endreinigung kann man selbst durchführen wenn man möchte - wir haben uns dagegen entschieden. Strom ist separat zu bezahlen - wir hatten für eine Woche mit Heizung um die 50€. In Summe ein superschönes Haus! Dankeschön für den Aufenthalt!

Traumhafte Lage
Wir sind sehr gerne in Rostudel, das Haus und die Lage sind nicht zu überbieten, Kommunikation mit M Senechal ist perfekt, einzig die Sauberkeit des Hauses hat leider nachgelassen, wir sind schon einige Male dort gewesen und haben diesen Urlaub erst mal sauber gemacht. Aber trotzdem: eindeutige Empfehlung!!!

Wie auch beim letzten Mal gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war erneut ausgesprochen gut und zum Objekt und der Umgebung gibt es nicht viel zu sagen außer das es erneut sehr erholsam war und die Gegend einfach einzigartig schön ist.

Maison très chaleureuse sur un site magnifique
La maison située dans le joli hameau de Rostudel à proximité du cap de la Chèvre est très confortable et un havre de paix pour ceux qui apprécient la nature sauvage et la tranquillité. Entre balade sur les belles plages de la Palue, de Goulien, de Toulinguet et de l’Aber, les pointes du Cap de la Chèvre, de Pen Hir et des Espagnols, des ports de Morgat et Camaret, nous avons largement pu profiter de la Presqu’île de Crozon. Nous y reviendrons très volontiers. Olivier.

Penty localisé dans un hameau calme, magnifique environnement en pleine nature, situé non loin du GR34 et du Cap de la Chèvre. Location très bien aménagé, bien équipé, literie confortable, jardin agréable. Rien de manque pour passer un séjour reposant, déconnexion assurée! Nous espérons y revenir!

Très beau penty au bout du monde! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. La maison est calme, cosy et bien équipée. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et très arrangeant. La région est magnifique avec des paysages à couper le souffle. Nous y retournerons dès que possible.

Tolles Haus
Was für ein schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes bretonisches Haus. Da komplette Dorf ist wundervoll und man fühlt sich, als wäre man aus der Zeit gefallen. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und die zwei Wochen voll und ganz genossen. Wir suchten Ruhe und Stille, wollten viel mit dem Hund spazieren und die Halbinsel erkunden und haben all das gefunden. Der Kontakt mit Yves Sénèchal war unkompliziert und sympathisch. Pech hatten wir leider mit dem Wetter und deshalb müssen wir einfach wiederkommen!

Top Ferienhaus besser geht nicht
Dieses Ferienhaus ist das beste was wir in 15 Jahren bekommen haben. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist für französische Verhältnisse nicht zu toppen. Es fehlte an nichts Geschirr,Bettwäsche, Küchenutensilien vor allem die Betten mit Matratzen waren perfekt nicht durchgelegen.Es liegt natürlich etwas abgelegen ist aber für jemanden der Ruhe sucht und morgens gerne einen Kaffee im Garten mit Meerbick genießen möchte genau das richtige. Auch für Kinder optimal. Man kann grillen ,Drachen steigen lassen am Haus einfach perfekt.Das Haus ist in einem Top Zustand und alles sauber auch das Badezimmer modern mit ebener Dusche.Es ist sein Geld auf jeden Fall Wert. Wir werden auch 2023 wieder dort sein.

So stellt man sich die Bretagne vor.
Wer Ruhe sucht, gerne am Meer entlang wandert und die raue bretonische Küste liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Man fühlt sich in dem schönen Steinhaus mit großem Grundstück und herrlichem Blick wie in einer anderen Zeit. Auf heutige Annehmlichkeiten muss man dabei aber nicht verzichten. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Rundum zufrieden
Zunächst war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Freundlich und informativ. Auch bei der Ankunft war alles sehr entspannt und problemlos. Ein wenig französisch sprechen schadet nicht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist bis ins letzte Detail sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist ein Traum. Unser Hund vermisst es mindestens genauso sehr wie wir. Vor allem ist es dort sehr ruhig und dadurch auch sehr erholsam. Man fällt aus der Türe quasi direkt auf unzählige Wanderwege. Diese sind alle herrlich zu laufen mit grandiosen Ausblicken. Die gesamte Region ist ein Paradies für Leute, die gerne in der Natur unterwegs sind und diese auch zu schätzen wissen. Ein weiterer Besuch steht ganz klar auf unserer To Do Liste.

Agréable séjour dans un magnifique cadre du 19 septembre 2021 au 30 septembre 2021. Seul bémol, le propriétaire nous a communiqué au bout de deux jours que nous devrions régler à la fin de notre séjour la consommation électrique. Hors dans notre location par l'intermédiaire d'abritel cela n'est pas spécifié. Nous recommandons à tous ce dépaysement au bout de la presqu'île de Crozon avec son air marin vivifiant. Cordialement,

Très belle et confortable maison typiquement bretonne dans un petit village ayant gardé tout son cachet. Jardin au calme avec vue sur la baie de Douarnenez. Idéalement situé pour découvrir la presqu’île de Crozon.
